Milpitas Ulferts Center is a vibrant Asian-focused plaza, offering a diverse array of dining and entertainment options. The two-story complex boasts several restaurants, ranging from a renowned Cantonese seafood establishment, Koi Palace, to smaller mom-and-pop eateries serving a variety of Asian cuisines. Visitors can enjoy a wide selection of beverages, from refreshing smoothies to boba tea, as well as savory dishes like grilled fish balls and vegetable dumplings. The plaza is known for its easy parking, with a large lot that makes it convenient for customers. During peak times, however, finding a spot can be challenging, and some opt to park along the street. The outdoor setting and patio seating provide a pleasant atmosphere for dining and socializing, with beautiful views and ample sunlight. While the plaza has faced some challenges during the pandemic, with some businesses closing, there are still plenty of options for visitors to explore. The 85 Degrees Bakery, a popular spot for coffee, cakes, and pastries, remains a draw for many. The plaza also features a KTV/Asian karaoke venue on the second floor, adding to the diverse entertainment choices. Overall, Milpitas Ulferts Center offers a unique and vibrant experience for those seeking authentic Asian cuisine, refreshing beverages, and a lively community atmosphere.
