I have been a patron of this establishment since I moved here. This is my neighborhood and my community. This isn’t new to me but over the years people do hug laundry carts the whole time they are there. I am writing this because I just asked someone that I just needed to transport my finished laundry to my car and give the cart back to her but she refused to do it by reason because it’s hers. That isn’t worth arguing about.

This laundry has no staff on site. Be careful because the floors are always dirt, and many dryer sheets are thrown on the ground. It's a mess. They only have one big washer, and the other one has been broken for over two years, and they won't fix it. It's ridiculous that it isn't a priority for management to fix it. Then there's only one medium size. Those are the only big washers in this building. People stand around and wait for these two washers. Other than that, they only have tons of small washers. This is a very pricey place. Some dryers haven't been fixed in a long time. The only good thing about this place is that it's not too crowded.

Many of the washers and dryers have out of order signs on them. But what makes it worse is machines with no signs do not work properly. My washer did not perform the spin cycle, so the clothes came out all wet. So pay another $4 in hopes the next machine is working. Another person use the dryer, but no heat at all. Reported the issue to the owner. Owner calls and leaves voicemail at 9:42 PM asking what went wrong. Really???? calling so late at night? Perhaps an email would be more appropriate.Response to owner: I used 4 front load washers for multiple sleeping bags and outdoor clothes. 3 of the 4 came out dry. One (B2) was dripping wet. There is not settings on these front load machine, just water temperature selection. The light was off when I took the items out of all 4 washers, so all cycles were complete. The issue is not $4 or putting in extra $ for drying. It was my time that was wasted...Just want others to be aware of this potential issue so other people don't have to go through this.

Came for the first time to do laundry on a Sunday and I am glad that there were not alot of people in the laundrymat. The located is at the back of the strip mall were Lucky supermarket is located, parking can be tricky if its your first time as there were construction on the sides of the vicinity that blocks one from getting from the front parking lot to the back lot. We had to go out to the road and do a u turn by Wells Fargo bank. Ok so this is a coin operated business. No credit card slots here but they do have money changer if u needed quarters. They have top and front washers and we used the ones near the door so we can go out and still watch our clothes. The front washers are $4 dollars per use (16 quarters) while the driers are 6 minutes per quarter, I think. Because there weren't a lot of people when we came, we loaded our stuff in 3 different washers and then two driers so were done in about 2.5 hours. The place has two doors and has ventilation. There's also a folding area and people were just minding their own business so it's A-OK.

The owner has been running this place for 24 years and for the past 10, although not consecutively, this has been my go to. You can catch him most times and he is nothing but helpful and might even let you in on some tricks. 10/10!

I've been coming to this location for a while, and it's always a struggle to get access to a laundry cart. Those who do have a cart don't like to share, they get bothered for asking to share the cart! I've been to other location and people are always willing to share, I don't know why this location is really stingy about sharing the carts. Carts are left unattended, not being used, but left with bags/baskets/hangers purposely so others don't use it. There is no one supervising, so if you change a bill and get a wrong amount back, good luck. No one cares to clean after themselves, fabric softener sheets are left all over the floor. Overall this location needs a huge update in their service and cleanliness.

Not too bad for a Laundromat. I had to come here over the weekend because the washers at my apartment complex were all broken. It was my first time ever at a laundromat. They have a good amount of front load washers, top load washer, and dryers. It was more expensive than what I am used to paying for laundry. I used some of the front loading washing machines and the prices were: $2.75 for "lightly" soiled loads $3 for "medium" soiled loads $3.50 for "heavy" soiled loads My clothes came out surprisingly clean, however the place itself could use a deep deep cleaning. I would also recommend keeping an eye on your loads. There can be some strange characters hanging out inside.

Be aware. Though the sign posted says the last dry load must be put in before 8:30pm, it must also fit within 30 minutes because they close at 9pm and they will alter the time on your machine to fit in that period. Dry or not. And whatever time you have left will be lost and you won't get your money back. Just something to be aware of before going by the posted guidelines.

I've been coming to this place for awhile now and seems recently the machines aren't cleaning my clothes and blankets. My daughter was sick and threw up on her blanket and the clothes she was wearing so my husband did a load of laundry. When he came home the clothes and blanket still had dried vomit on them so I figured he over loaded the wash. So the next time I load the washers and still dried vomit stuck on the blanket and clothes. So that's washing those items TWICE and still dried vomit. So we will b looking for another place to wash our clothes.
