Terrible customer service. Four employees talking to each other behind the register. I approach to purchase some cologne, one of them looks at me and then looks away, the rest continue to talk. I asked them if it was self check out and one employee mumbles something to me. I asked her to repeat and she said, "The registers are in the middle of doing something." I was very confused, and i said "ok, then I need to wait?" She said yes...I turn and see a large machine and ask "can I pay there?" She said yes... why do I need to figure this out for YOU?! Definitely won't go back... the incompetence is uncanny.

Miniso is such a cute little store! I love the layout and all the different products they have to offer. It's nicely displayed so that it's easy to shop and offers a bunch of different things to choose from. I definitely want to bring my kiddos to see it!

THE WORST ASIAN LADY CASHIER. Refused to do her job. Ignored everything that needs to be done and tried to close the shop 30 mins early. The worst service ever with her RBF. Her name tag on purpose says miniso instead of her name, smart move.

Tldr: Mixed quality, but some cute stuff to be found This store in Great Mall is nice to walk through (see the occasional cute item, Sanrio merch, etc.) if you're looking for a small gift, but some of their stuff isn't great quality or mis-priced for what it is. Service is okay if they are staffed, but sometimes they are understaffed and you might need to walk around to find someone away from the register.

BAD SERVICE EVER!!!I got the worst experience ever this morning at this store. I couldn't find price tags for stuffs that I would like to buy and couldn't find any associates around. Finally I found one, I asked if he worked here and he was like yeah.... Then carried on with what he was doing without offer help. I had to use the Self Check out to check the prices. What kind of attitude and services are offered at this supposing kid-friendly store!When I paid at Check out and didn't get my receipt, I asked the cashier who was right next to the Self Check-out station for help with the receipt. While waiting for him to print it, he asked me what I had bought. I raised my bag and asked him casually "oh, you didn't see when I checked out". He then said I was rude. I told him that I was just asking a question to clarify. He then waived his hand at me like "get out". I asked to talk to his manager and then he said he was the manager. I told him he was rude to me and he said he was giving me the attitude that I did him. What on earth with this guy? If he couldn't take a simple question for clarification, he shouldn't work at a retail at all.

This store has always been one of my children's favorites and also mine, unfortunately last Saturday we had a bad experience, I went to look for a gift with my mother and this person that I show in the photo who did not want to give me his name treated my mother in an unacceptable way, my mother took a sample perfume and went to show it to me, she had it in her hand and he came and took it from her hand without even saying anything to her, I asked him why he had done that and he He said that everything was fine, I told him that what he had done was not fine and he responded, “it's okay ma'am, nothing's wrong, I just wanted to make sure that she didn't forget to put it back” I feel very indignant because my mother felt very Embarrassed because there were other people and she thinks he thought she was going to steal it. I work in a store and I have always worked with Customer Service and they would never allow us to treat any person the way I treated my mother. I decided to leave so I could tell my mother that I would buy a gift card for the present. When I was leaving I decided to ask him for a number to file a complaint and he told me that he didn't have one and that if I wanted it to be on the MINISO web side, I told him if he could give me his name and he told me that he was not obliged to give it to me I left very indignant, feeling so helpless because I couldn't do anything so that my mother wouldn't feel guilty for anything she did. I hope that this message can be seen by the right person, so that they can take action on these types of situations. Clients are the ones who pay our salary and deserve to be treated with respect and if you are not happy and willing to do it that way, look for another job because you are in the wrong place.By the way the location isMINISOGreat Mall, Milpitas and we were there a few minutes before 2:00 pm.The saddest thing is that our own race is the one that treats us like this.

I shop here alot almost daily and today I was racially profiled by a mall worker. At the beginning he stopped me and asked what I was looking for. I felt weird so I went to Facebook live.

My family likes buying things from here. My daughter was gifted a lot of items for her birthday from her aunt but some things my daughter is to young to use like face masks and eye masks she's only 11! Or some items it's the wrong character. I only wanted to exchange and I'll pay more if it comes out to more. I know the policy is 7 days with receipt but if you don't offer gift receipt and the person who gifted you threw away the receipt what are you supposed to do. I explained that to the first guy I talked to. Then the second guy said to come back when the manager was there and gave me his own phone number to find out when the manager would be there. I came back and explained to the manager what happened as my daughter is standing there tearing up. The manager named Martin was no help and was very rude and said I harassed his employees which I never did. He kept telling me that he can't do anything and that the aunt should have gave me the receipt. Most people don't want to give their receipt to someone they're buying a gift for. I will never go to this location ever again. Martin you and your employees need to work on customer service and I will be contacting someone about this. I am shocked at the way I was being talked to and in front of my daughter.

Absolutely disgusted by the racist workers My family and I are a big fan of the store. Today we came in looking for a gift. My grandma was looking at the scents displayed and picked one up to show us. A worked then rudely took it away from her saying they "just wanted to make sure she'd put it back"

I had to buy a gift for a friend's daughter and thought I'll drop by this place to check it out. The store was super clean and organized and prices were reasonable. It took me a while to decide what to buy but when I found what I wanted, I was super happy with my choice.

This Miniso location is pretty big and has a pretty decent selection of merch. The store is relatively clean and the staff are pretty nice.
