I have always been a loyal Walmart customer This last trip was a nightmare checking out. I noticed the self-check was turning away people with 15 or fewer items. They had an employee standing and turning away customers at the self-checkout if they were not a smart shopper or Walmart+ customer. The lines at the check-out stands were 4 to 5 deep and customers with a couple of items were waiting 20 minutes + to check out. So Sad, who the hell came up with this policy? Ridiculous! "Target here I come"

Got all 4 tires changed. The guy behind the desk was great and very nice. I gave two stars because all my tires were at a different PSI when I got in. I know it's a simple fix but I drove a long way to have them done here due to the price and I shouldn't have to add or release air out of my tires. I feel like it's a part of the job to have all the tires be at the same correct PSI.

This Walmart sucks. Not that any of them are great.... Recently self checkout is only available with a subscription?? Seriously. Lines are crazy long. I literally have 2 items. Same with the majority of people waiting with me. CRAZY they forced everyone to get used to self checkout and now they're back tracking and making you pay for it.

I went to Walmart on a busy Saturday afternoon with a clear shopping list in mind. I was glad to see that they had almost everything I needed in stock, making my trip efficient. However, the store was crowded, especially with families and children around, so I had to be careful navigating with my cart. At checkout, the lines moved quickly, but there was a slight delay at the exit where only one person was checking receipts. I managed to find all my basic necessities and left the store feeling satisfied with my experience.

zero star (below not good) Milpitas Supercenter? More like Milpitas UN-Supercebter :) Now I see why it is overall rated 1.8 as of this writing. Last time in 2017, I reviewed I gave it two * With my recent experience it's definitely a zero * I placed an order for pick up and arrived a few minutes before my pick up time because I received a notice it was ready. Drove into the designated stall and called the number and called the number posted on the board and called the number and called the number. In other words, I spent 15 minutes calling the number, allowing it to ring and ring and ring and ring only to hear no one is available to answer or the mailbox is full. Honestly, I can't recall the recording. Therefore, I called the main phone number and hit four number four to reach the pick up and delivery line, that line just rang and rang and rang. So once again, I hung up and called the main line and hit zero and no one answered that line either. Finally, I had to get out (in the rain) and run down a pick up employee and let them know that no one is answering the phone. with the frustrating look on his face, he asked for the order number and I gave it to him to punch in his handheld device and then he took a couple steps away, and I said what's the status. He then turns his head and says, "it's in line". I was perplexed and somewhat disgusted of the down right non-customer service, especially how I mention no one is answering their phones. I don't usually order from the store however, they had a product that was unavailable at another Walmart. And although everyone is working hard, there is no excuse for people, not answering the phone on the pick up and delivery line, the main line, which I was trying to be connected to the delivery and pick up line (4) as well as the main operator (0) I hope somehow management reads this and sees that the first encounter is phone communication, and in this case it was no phone communication at all. Such a small simple task would've made a big difference in my overall experience with the Walmart in Milpitas.

Trini and Jessica (manager) are the WORST. Neither are helpful and neither have customer service skills. If you can avoid this Walmart location please do so. Otherwise do as I've done and call the Walmart corporate (800-925-6278) to make a complaint. As customers we shouldn't avoid a location because of arrogant employees.

I had a disappointing experience with Walmart's pickup process. Upon arrival, all pickup spots were occupied, leading to confusion. Inside, the lack of clear signage and assistance at the Services line added to the frustration. Despite a 15-minute wait, no one was available to help at the pickup line. Ultimately, we opted to retrieve our items from the store shelves. The pickup process needs improvement, and communication within the store could be enhanced to streamline the experience.

Four hours of waiting and Walmart Tire Center loses my car keys: I chose to buy 4 tires and have them mounted/balanced at Walmart. The savings were 60.00 over comparable tires. Net net I am currently a loser on this transaction. 1. Walmart Tire Team DID NOT RETURN MY CAR KEYS back to Then the zinger came!!! when the car tires was fixed. This occurred Friday night- it's Sunday mid day. STILL NO KEYS. Firstly, after waiting 2+ hours to get 4 tires mounted and balanced, they balanced the tires incorrectly - as they didn't take original weights off the rim - and so this double weights on my rim were hitting my brake calipers as I drove away. .... So, I returned the ycar, handed the Tech my keys to re-fix it and that is the last I've seen of my keys. When the car was complete, the Techs said no one saw the keys/took custody of the keys. But I did hand my keys to the Tech that came out to the Car Bays to take custody back of the car. He said go shpp for 30 minutes and check back. About 45 minutes later I came back. Thereafter I spent another hour with the Techs tearing apart the car to see if the keys had fallen between the seats or whatever during the re-fix of the car. After another 60 minutes tearing the car apart with the Techs, I called the manager of the department out to talk. So now I'm into this effort nearly 4 hours. So I called the department manager, Liz. The dept manager-Liz promised to call me a Saturday morning call on the status of my keys ( after talking to all of her employees). ..... It is now Sunday 2pm-no call from Liz, no BMW X5 keys since the Friday night re-fix -- and as such, I can't drive my car. ..... I called Liz/Manager late yesterday afternoon ( Sat afternoon) and was told she is busy taking care of customers and she'd call me back later yesterday afternoon. So in summary: My 1 hour appointment ended up being 2 1/2 +1 hour. Then I spent another 60 minute with the Tire Team searching the inside of my car to see if the keys fell under the seat, in the side doors, etc. Being a team player, I helped the guys tear the car apart. No keys in the Walmart car bays & no keys found in the car. Manager promised to call me back Saturday morning. But the manager there did not call me back Saturday morning as she committed she would - and I have a car with no keys. And it is late Sunday afternoon now. A weekend without a car. .... if I go to a Tire Center (Walmart, Firestone, Tires Plus....wherever) and I trust my keys of a high priced asset like my X5, I expect Walmart ( or other store) to take responsibility of getting the keys back to me when the service is complete. And they did not do this. Exiting Walmart, The manager then said she would talk to the Techs that left early to see if they had my keys...and would call me either way. No calls Then the zinger came!!! : then she tells me that she will review the outside security camera footage " to see if I did hand the Tire Center Tech the keys in the first place". Really? .....which, honestly I thought that was quite rude - as I put the car and car key back into their custody for an hour or so, went back shoppping after the job was first done incorrectly - and I expect the same courtesy of getting the keys back upon returning the car. ( I had already paid the bill before finding out that the car keys were missing/misplaced so I didn't have any recourse there. ) Tomorrow I will start caling Walmart Management as I know Walmart from a corporate perspective because I've done cybersecurity work for them in the past - and I will ferret out who the exec in charge is. I need my keys back or a key fob replacement (and a mailbox key replacement that got misplaced with the key fob) ..... and an apology.

I have seen many of the bad reviews, we must respect them. But this is a Walmart Super Store by Jimmeny! This place is huge! They have the breads, fruits, veggies, meats, poultry & seafood. Plus everything else in the world. Not going to get into why things are locked up, you already know why they are. This review is not about morality. The store shelves are stocked full of things we all need, priced lower the the other stores. That's a win win plus you can pick up a turkey and all the fixings just in time for the holidays. If you are tried of driving to 3 different stores, drive here. Merry Christmas!

0 STAR!!! Do you guys know what a phone ringtone sounds like? Why is no one picking up on online order line or customer service line? Are you f***g kidding me? This Walmart sucks! What's the point of having a phone line for the store?

It's gotten worst. For one, most of everything is locked up and need to call the employee. That's if you're lucky to get someone as I experienced an hour ago. Even a $10 iPad case has to be locked up. Ridiculous. Since the review was in the electronics department, the complaint is with the department. They need to hire more folks. Just one is not good enough, especially now during the holidays...Also if you wish to purchase men's and female underwear. What? Why? Doesn't make any sense. Why would anyone grab it out of the store? When there's someone always at the exit checking your receipt. It's why I choose to drive to Target which the nearest one is about 3 miles away. Will only buy from the eye department as there is no waiting.

I am used to not getting any help from any employees but was able to find the 3 obscure things I was looking for with some help from the employees. This is a giant Walmart as the name indicates. Parking was a challenge on a Friday afternoon.

The most racist and incompetent employees working here . Not only do they only stop and check receipts from brown people while white people are walking by unstopped, they are also unable to to determine which items are which on the receipt. I'd rather pay double elsewhere than to pay to be treated like complete dirt. The lack of customer service is unacceptable .
