Every single person that I've interacted with at Nanolab has been extremely pleasant and professional, especially Vanessa, Sandra, Irene, and Sumanth. I've only used one of their tools, but setting up an appointment is a breeze. Once I request a booking, Irene or Sumanth usually gets back to me within a few hours. If something comes up, they always let me know right away and give me alternative options. Irene and Sumanth are both very knowledgeable and constantly offering suggestions to get better data. As a whole, Nanolab takes security seriously, requiring several ID swipes to get into certain rooms. I highly recommend Nanolab for all your analytical needs!
