The staff was really friendly and kind when I asked if asked a item from online was in stock at the mall. Sadly, it was not in stock but the girl who helped (Mira if you're seeing this, thank you :D) was very helpful and suggested some items that was similar to the one I was looking at online.

This store was the surprise hit of our trip to Great Mall. My beach-loving tweens (one boy, one girl) both found cute shirts at about half of normal prices. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

This review is a shout out to Matthew! Short and sweet, I was in there for a while looking for some shorts (no pun intended), and as usual I was unable to find my size in the style that I wanted. I have an athletic build and it's hard to find smaller waist and bigger leg stuff. Matthew was the one that assisted me to get into the fitting room, and I had quickly asked him if they had any sizes similar to the ones I needed, in the styles I was going to try on. He gave an effort, and even looked in the back, but did not come up with anything. Fast forward about 5-7 minutes later, I'm in the fitting room trying on these shorts, and I hear a knock on the door... Under the door I see a pair of shorts being held, and lo and behold they are my size! The whole time I was in the fitting room Matthew had taken a second attempt and came up with what I needed! I manage multiple auto shops and hire and fire people all the time, it speaks volumes to me that even though he could have given up after his first attempt like most people do these days, he gave a little extra effort and courtesy, and made an incredibly happy customer! This in my book, is exemplary service, and it is the definition of what society, and businesses need as a whole. Thank you for being different than the norm. This is an associate any company would want. You made my day, and I hope you have a wonderful weekend! Thank you Matthew, and thank you O'Neill for the great styles and awesome product! -J

I love this place! I always end up finding lots of clothing for such a good price. They always have a sale going on, such as 50% off all clothing. You can get tons of oniell clothing, which is usually pretty pricy for half the price. I've shopped there many times before, and the staff has always been kind and helpful. Overall it's a small store but lots it has lots of great things! Defiantly will continue to shop there, and recommend to anyone looking for a steal!

I was in complete awe. I walked in on Memorial Day and there was a handicapped man in a wheelchair behind me. I go to look at the shirts, I see two young female workers, and I hear one of them say, “Look at the wheelchair dudeâ€. The other did not hear here so she said it louder and closer to the other worker, I do not think they thought I had heard them. They then proceed to laugh together at the handicapped man (quite loudly) to themselves. I was so amazed that some people could be so crude and unprofessional that I left the store right away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But I was disappointed with the prices and the variety of the merchandising for sale. A lot of old, lower quality items that I hardly doubt you would find on the O'Neill website.

Swaying the size of swimming pant S or M for my son, I decided to get the S as the shop manager told me it was exchangeable, it was Sep 6 just before closing the store. Realized a bit tight for him and went to the shop again in the following day to ask for the change, the manager (different from the one yesterday) in charge immediately refused it because it was bargain item. She expressed uncomfortable attitude from scratch. Confusing and sad experience...

This is a review for the customer service or the managment. I usually dont liek to shop but i like to quickly walk the greatmall for a break now and then. I bike there and i always carry a backback with me. It was a weekday and in the noontiem I felt like dropping in just to browse and look at the long sleeve t-shirts because i like the design with fishes. ANy way the clothing rack was in the back and the clerrk did say let them know tif i needed any help. I already felt kind of paranoid and self concscious , like a thief because i was carrying a backpack. Any i went throght hte hangers and look at teh cashier and he noticed and started to move abruplty next to me and started to watch me like i was going to steal something. i should have called him on it but i am not a assertive person. Anyway i think he was doing his job but i am not coming in here again to buy anthing. I did but a long sleeve shirt with fish design last christmans but will not be bothering to step inside the store anymore. I mean he was doing his job but dont' be so obvious and stand next to me.

WORST RETAIL STORE! WORST SERVICE! I went to this store in 5/27/17 at around 1:45pm to do an item exchange. The shirt I bought a week ago had a big hole from when the anti theft device was removed when I bought it. This store didnt have enough sizes in stock. Both employees were REALLY disrespectful. I was even thinking about just leaving the damaged item I wanted exchanged behind so as not to deal with both employees and store anymore and get it over with.
