Took my cat pickles to Parktown today. Had a great experience. The front staff were welcoming, the vet assistant and Dr. Nakagawa were very caring, and took great care of my cat. Thank you Parktown for always going above and beyond! So great to know Pickles is in great hands❤️

Difficult to make appointment. Long wait time. They “have to” charge me twice for a fecal test. One time they missed a vaccine and I have to bring the cat back.

By far one of my favorite vet offices I've ever been to staff is ALWAYS respectful and friendly as well as making sure i understand what is happening with my four legged children (cat & dog)

We had a great first visit with our two babies. Carolyn was very sweet and attentive keeping them as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. Dr. Thur was also great during the examination and answered all our questions.

Taking our healthy dog to Parktown Veterinary for spaying was the beginning of a whole month of stress and vet visits, including an emergency one. Parktown Veterinary is not what we expected, and not what we would recommend to anyone. We won't be returning.

I would give this place minis, minus nothing! My cat was seen by the dir of the clinic, goulart - didn't introduce herself, wasn't friendly and her whole attitude made me feel as if I had done something wrong to make my cat ill!!!! Her whole crappy attitude, and the staff's - one particularly nasty snide nitwit - makes me regret going there in the 1st place! I should have stuck with Piedmont Hills Pet Hospital! Do NOT go to this place if you WANT FRIENDLY VETS & FRIENDLY STAFF!! because this place has NEITHER! I am taking my precious cat to my collegue's vet who is not only FRIENDLY but has cared for all animals - feral cats included - for over 30 years, and I appreciate how kind, patient and NICE he is - not like this goulart!!!

Got some dental work done on my dog today, who has been coming to Parktown since he was just a few days old. 5 years later, and I am still thankful for the Parktown staff for taking care of him. Dr. Thurr gave me a call right after his procedure to give me a full update, which I also appreciated.

you the moment you pay without bother to explain to you on your pet health and illness.
