I don’t know if it’s because I look young or if it’s the language barrier or if she is just having a bad day, but I had an unpleasant first interaction with her.. I called to see if I could bring in a pair of pants that I needed to be hemmed. Phone call was straight forward, told me to come in anytime. I came in and said I called earlier about the pants. She did not acknowledge me whatsoever, no hello or anything. She just pointed to the dressing room for me to try the pants on. I came out of the dressing room and she told me to face the mirror. Apparently, I was “moving” too much and needed to be still. Mind you, the only “movement” I made was that I bent down to show her how much I wanted cut off! She was rolling her eyes the whole time at me. I was this close to telling her I did not want to be serviced here anymore, but I needed these pants to be altered at this location since it is walking distance from my house. I would also like to add.. I was eavesdropping while she was on speakerphone with a customer who was inquiring about something and long story short.. the customer on the other end of the phone hung up on her mid conversation due to her attitude im assuming! I thought this place would be great considering all the reviews, but it was horrible for me and im a very sensitive person lol. She gave me a ticket at the end displaying the pickup day and total $$. I am hopeful that she’ll do a great job with the pants but im still afraid that she won’t do her best because of our interaction ): we will see

Came here to get a pair of pants shortened, I can say that they were perfectly tailored. This place lives up to its name and I will definitely come here again any time I need alterations. I drove 20 minutes to get here and it is worth the drive. I would highly recommend Perfect Tailoring for ANY of your tailoring needs!

I came here for the first time to get two pair of pants hemmed and tapered for a slimmer fit. The owner was very kind and experienced. She pinned the pants for me to show what they would look like and I came back to pick them up the next week. Her work is professional and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

It's been over 2 months and she has not finished the garements I asked her tailor. She finished 1/4 my clothes and said she had other people to work on. She is fair prices but not at the cost of time.

We have been coming here for many years and she has helped my family look great. We are the kind of family that clothes never quite fits us right off of the rack, so she has been our tailoring angel. The woman who runs this store and does the work is very no-nonsense. Keep in mind she runs it by herself, is limited in her communication, and she is the only one doing any sort of sewing work. I have brought 3-4 different garments here. The first was a bridesmaids dress where she helped me alter the length. I was a little bit last minute on getting the dress to her, which I think affected her workmanship. She had it the right length, but I had asked her to help me add some fabric in the chest area so it wasn't so exposed and she did a pretty questionable job. The second time I came in, it was for another bridesmaids dress. She had me change into the dress and went about measuring and adjusting. When I went back to pick the dress up, she made a couple of remarks about my weight and how she had some trouble zipping it up, which didn't leave me feeling very confident. All in all, she's quick - kinda expensive, kind of classic older generation no filter type of person, and you get what you get.

I haven't met such a rude person as the lady who runs this store! I took a skirt for length alteration. Simple work, open the hem and fold again and then hem. She quoted $20 for it and when I was surprised at the price, she shrieked and crumbled the sheet in which she was writing the details down. She asked me in a very demeaning tone if I was still interested, I said yes since I really needed the alteration. Went to pick it up, the lady was joyful at that time. The work was done and was fine, I thought that atleast the job is done perfectly. The skirt's new hem is already open in less than a week. Wasted $20 and gained a bad experience both.

I had 3 pants that needed hemming, and I found out this place online. I called in on a Tuesday and visited, and met with the owner. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, she was super nice and had a good sense of my proportions (and how long the pants needed to be).After measuring everything, she gave me a final price that was significantly cheaper than my SF tailors. It was ready within 2 days, and I was stunned by how amazing the hemming quality was - she chopped off extra fabric, and took a lot of care in securing the hemming. 11/10 recommend and will definitely be a frequent visitor.
