We had a fantastic experience! The lady at the counter was incredibly patient with us and allowed us to sample as many perfumes as we wanted, and we were curious about a lot of them. She gave excellent recommendations based on our preferences, and we ended up purchasing over $300 worth of perfumes. We took advantage of two deals they had going on. I can’t wait to try them all out!

I was there 4/8/2023 with my sister the stuff her name is Selina is literally insulted us instead of showing the perfume she has the worst customer service I have no words how she treated us badly she was yelling, clamming , laughing and insulted us unfortunately she is also manager never never go over there ?????????

The service and attention of the representative Anita was EXCELLENT, she has enough patience and charisma to serve people, she helped me a lot with my purchase and was very attentive to the service.

Bad customer service. I will spend my money with Macys from now on. Also they're understaffed. They have a lady working with a middle finger on her neck. The African lady is also rude and unprofessional. She kept coughing and never said "excuse me"

FAKE FAKE FAKE !!The perfumes here are all fake, they don’t last for more than 30 minutes. They give really good offers, but they are all FAKE. Just flavoured water, nothing else.Just think, why would high-end perfume makes sell for lower cost??Dont buy from here just to save 30-40 bucks, buy from reputed store.
