I had a great experience. The process was easy to modify, especially the delivery and pickup dates. They delivered the POD exactly on time, without any delays. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

Be very, very careful about booking pods service if you live in a mountain area. I was called by the driver and told they could not drive their truck in my area. The company charged a $150 fee saying that they actually came to my driveway and could not navigate it, which was completely false. I was lied to by this company. Be very careful.

Gilbert was extremely helpful. Visiting our POD after 6 years was extremely stressful, but Gilbert Padilla made that fun. I hope we'll see him again when we go back there.

Made an appointment to visit my POD. They brought it out quickly and helped me when I couldn’t get the door open. I was then left in peace to pull out the stuff I needed. I sealed it up and went on my way, when they hauled it back to its place. Friendly and efficient.

The delivery and pick up went smoothly, however, I was extremely disappointed to find that somehow during our pods storage, rats or mice infiltrated the unit. I found droppings, and had damage to some of our things (all the buttons were chewed off on our TV remotes pictured). I have called the contact number and attempted to start a chat with an agent to discuss it, but unfortunately haven’t been able to speak with a human to rectify the situation.

Pods was incredible. Gilbert came out with my Pod and I was expecting two. Gilbert called his office and arranged to have the other Pod delivered the next day. The second Pod arrived and was perfectly placed in my driveway.

PODS was amazing. I almost can’t believe how good they are. By far the cheapest moving option, super flexible, and strangely amazing customer support people and drivers.
I moved from LA to SF, stored my Pod in Milpitas until I found an apartment. Once I did PODS obtained permits for me to park the POD on the street in front of my apartment, and went above and beyond in communicating with me at every point. I changed my dates a bunch of times and it was super easy and flexible. They were 50% the price of what all other moving companies charged me. It made my move so much less stressful than I was imagining.
Every single customer support person I talked to was refreshingly excellent. They’d call me back if we got disconnected or to follow up on stuff. I feel like they must be paid very well or at least hope they are, because they all seem to be great.
They made me whole move totally easy and stress free and I can’t recommend them enough.
