I went to this public storage I didn't even use the storage unit I tried to cancel within 24 hours and they said once I called corporate that I could in this case get refunded. Although the storage unit on Dempsey road in Milpitas they told me there was nothing they could do and I was being charged regardless. Nothing had happened I was still waiting to hear back from corporate and expected the refund and lo and behold I seen another charge to my account for more money after all the problems in the beginning in the first place never even been on the street never even used the gate code the lock and the unit was empty for a full month and then they tried to charge me again. I would not recommend this place.

There should always be somebody in the office to assist in need customers. Not everyone use the App. And sometimes we need immediate assistance. And nobody pick up the phone. Alaways ending in voicemail.!very inconvenient. I am one of the occupant in the Demsey branch
