Worst blood draw experience. I didn't even get to the blood draw my phlebotomist was so clueless and blind. It was obvious her vision was not good. I had to repeat the spelling of my doctor's name 5x to her and it was also shown on the test form I gave her for visual reference. She was unable to tell the difference between letters on the keyboard to type it in and instead gave up and decided to scroll through all the doctors in California 1x1 which was never going to work. I ended up having to help her type my doctors name. She also kept asking for my doctors office phone number that was on the sheet already. I've never seen someone so blind and illiterate who is in charge of using needles and expected to find a vein properly. I ended up asking for my papers and insurance card back because there was no way I was going to trust her with my labs and it had already been 20 minutes of her attempting to type in information correctly.

- Location is a bit hard to find- Outside states Saturday hours and gives you an impression that anyone is welcome Saturday. Inside, the sign clarifies that Saturdays are appointment only. DONOT WALK-IN ON SATURDAY!- Before you enter, Walk-ins are WELCOME. Inside sign mentions Appointments highly recommended. Appointments not available for weeks and months earlier in the day..so go figure if you need to fast and give blood- All hours changed to 7 AM start...used to be 6 AM start so if you need to fast you show-up and get tested no longer..- Wait without appointment in the morning wasn't terrible- I was seen by 7:25 AM- Literally scolded me (lot of tone and attitude) for not having an appointment- Then whining about how my veins were hard to find- When my results showed-up...they had done only one set of tests on one of the two orders my doctor sent them- Guess who has to go back now to give more blood

Went for walk-in.Successfully enrolled my entry. They let me wait for more than 2 hours, lettering people later than me to get in, to find that they had already deleted my name in queue.I had to re enter in the queue and they still repeated the same.

One of the worst labs I’ve ever dealt with. Staff are unprofessional. They talk to clients in a condescending way. Even their info window is closed. You have to knock on the door to talk to staff. They don’t take walk-ins. They don’t offer appointments as well. So I’m not sure how are they expecting people to do business with them. The lady came out yelling because I knocked on the door to speak to someone. And then said go somewhere else we don’t do drug tests here even though their sign says they do and my employer requested the drug test from Quest Diagnostic website with this location address on it too. Very rude and unprofessional. I hope corporate would look into these employees.

I had to take a drug test for my school and the technician/phlebotomist who helped me was so sweet. I forgot her name (I'm horrible with names) but she had blonde hair and tattoos. She was fast and efficient and very nice. I would recommend going here! Also, I was seen a little earlier then my appointment time and the whole test took maybe 10 mins. Edit: I saw another review about the lady who helped me and they mentioned her name, Janice. I believe that was the person who helped me, she's super sweet!!

So confused about the drug test for work. for walking in after 11am u have to go to different locations even they don't tell u any of that when u called them. also for the phone call only talk to the machine not a real person that can help for you need.

This location is busy and has very little man power to accommodate walk in appointments. Appointments are necessary. Maria, was very nice and did a great job.

Worst place to go for walk-in. The blond lady is just simply rude! She thinks she owns this facility. It's 2:20 pm and no one waiting in the waiting room. An asian lady came out to get me for my blood test and the blond lady stopped her and said she can't take me due to too much paper work that needed to be compleated. This place closes at 3pm. They should be able to take walk-ins until 3pm like other Quest locations. The Fremont location I've been going to literally takes everyone until its time to close. People at the Fremont location are super compassionate and courteous. Someone in this location needs to take action regarding the walk-ins and closing time. I would give a no star.

This the most horrible quest diagnostics. I will sue this location. The technician is rude and unprofessional. My wife was prescribed urine test and complete blood count and some other blood work. They pulled 4 vials of blood and claim that they only used two. They didn’t even conduct the urine test. They also did incomplete blood work. They cant even do a single test properly. This location should be given 0 stars

I was sent here to do a blood test here, I checked the reviews and I was worried... but it was actually not bad.I have no appointment and I put my name on the wait list when I get there around 2:15pm, there was almost no wait time. The lady who helped me was nice and friendly. Everything was done in 15mins.

I was having doubts before visiting this location, because of the reviews. At first I was greeted by Maria and another wonderful tech, se has blond hair. They both were so nice and empathetic. I was supposed to have my pregnancy glucose test and had to come back an hour later to continue but was late about 10-14 mins due to not feeling well. When I arrived Maria was busy and was sent to another tech, I believe here name was Aida, she had a mask on at the moment and was in cubicle #1. My husband came in with me but noticed the energy and decided to wait outside, she was going to star my blood draw when we she started to lecture me about being late in an aggressive way, saying it was unacceptable, that she could not continue (witch understand and can reschedule) I mentioned to please proceed with the other labs that I had and will reschedule. She went and yelled at Maria about the time frame and came back again. I felt that she was not gentle with the blood draw. Once I walked out I started to cry, just feeling so helpless and sad. She could have addressed the matter in a different way, but she didn’t. I just wish that people that dedicate to this occupation would be kind.

They close at 3, I had an appointment but was 10 min late so had to check in as a walk in. Then the associate would tell us last walk in is at 2:30pm although I was there since 3pm. Other quest locations assured an empty hall.

Extremely busy. No chance for walk-in. Book ahead. Facility and staff is nice. They need more staff.
