Stopped by looking to get a new racquet but came out with new shoes, new balls, a new bag and two racquets! Prices were very reasonable.
The staff lady was very nice in helping me choose which racquet is good for me! Will stop by again.

I had a disappointing experience at this store due to the attendant's unprofessional behavior. Upon entering, I noticed she was having lunch, so I patiently waited for her to finish. However, when I approached her for assistance with my badminton racquet, her response was dismissive. She brusquely told me to move the racquet away from her and was rude when I inquired about the appropriate string tension, stating that I should have known this information beforehand. Unfortunately, this has discouraged me from returning to the store.

Terrible , deformed my head boom pro from a bad string job and blames it on customer, also hides it from the public that it was their fault. Avoid stringing at this place at all cost.

Awesome friendly service but they need to hire more help because their turn around time for tennis stringing is ridiculously long. 5 days for 2 tennis racquets?

I string my tennis racket with them for past many years. For last two times I felt that they strung my racket too tight. I had given feedback to them, but they simply denied. I casually discussed the issue with the people whom I play tennis with. Few of them also confirmed that their racket also strung tight lately.In general they have very poor customer service, but never bother writing review. But, this time I felt that I should make aware other people about their poor customer and string services.
