Services at billing counter especially at night around 9pm is disappointing.(they close at 10pm btw) The lady at the counter got offended since I denied their shopping bag and she refused to fold a dozen of clothes we bought at their store. She apparently cared more to remove the tag and threw clothes on the table. Didn’t expect this especially around holiday season.

Very big, very clean. The women's selection is massive, while the men's side sufferers a bit, especially in the shoe dept and men's clothing under size XL. Also, the men's underwear selection was a bit anemic this visit. Overall, a great location!

This store was quite empty and service was slow. I couldn't find what I was looking for. I give them the benefit of doubt ...maybe I came in on a day they were low on stock. Please stock the shelves.

Plenty of variety/selection (color or size options) for baggage. There's a single checkout lane for purchases with and other lane for returns. There is a 2:1 ratio for P:R, once 2 purchasers have been helped, the returns customer will be the next one. Just 2 open checkout registers for the size of the store!! This can and should be improved. Otherwise the prices are very economical

There are 17 ppl in line and 3 in the return line, one register is open, I asked a gal that provided change to the one cashier if someone else can open up, she said no. This is terrible customer service, folks walking in and walking straight out. Phone ringing, folks leaving the line. Won't be back!!!!!
