I am so happy I switched storage unit companies with Saf Keep Storage. Tony was the main person who helped with my transition when I decided to switch. He was super helpful, kind, and most of all understanding. He helped me get the best deal and his customer service was superb. Javier, the project manager, was also very helpful with changing my due date. I highly recommend working with Saf Keep Storage in Milpitas.

Beatty made my first experience getting a storage unit really stress free and easy. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for me and made sense for me personally. I appreciated the genuine warmth and reassurance I received from him in a stressful time of moving.

Javier was very helpful. I needed a space and a friend had texted me that this facility had three units on sale. They helped me determine which size was right for me, showed me the space and set up my deposit with a 5 day hold. The move went smoothly and they were very helpful.

What's not to like about this place, they have a box truck you can borrow to bring your stuff, the units are clean, and close to where I can come here a few times a week

One of the best storage places I have rented recently. Spaces were well maintained and affordable. Javier and Biaattie were very helpful with the booking and service. I would highly recommend SafKeep!

I just want to thank everyone who works at this facility. Ben Javier the maintenance crew and management. You guys are absolutely the best Storage facility I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are so friendly helpful respectful and on top of that the facility is very well kept. No infestation of any kind. Again thank you guys you are appreciated our family wishes you a very merry Christmas and a happy happy new year ?

Excellent storage location. You need to get own lock to secure your stuff. Rental costs are decent. Insurance is required however can be waived if you have a Homeowners/Renters insurance. The dolly's provided are noisy and need replacement. Overall I would recommend ??

Great place for storage. Easy to access. You need to buy your own lock in order to secure your space. The staff was super friendly and helped in explaining the lease terms clearly.
