Update:
I tried to use the contact us and it is not working for me. I did call in on July 1st and spoke to a customer rep with whom I shared my experience. I have not heard back from anyone yet.
My shopping experience was disappointing, and it wasn't my first time. In the past year, I've had at least two encounters with rude cashiers. I'm especially annoyed with how they restock refrigerated items after returns. I've had issues with nearly expired or over-frozen foods and have seen food left outside the fridge on random shelves. Today, I couldn't return an item because it wasn't cold enough to resell. Is it allowed to resell returned refrigerated items? Note to self and others: be cautious about where your food has been. I hope they change this since we have limited places to shop in Milpitas.

Hmmm ... Indeed ... :-D I actually usually go to the Safeway at Rivermark. Closer to where I work. Why did I come to this one this time? Google is my friend. I really like Reser's Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad. It's gosh darn hard to find though. Well, let me phrase that a different way. The Safeway at Rivermark rarely has it, and the Lucky at Lawrence and El Camino rarely has it too. (Near where I live.) So finally, I just Googled for it, bam, this Safeway had it! Yaay! Not so fast though. I can't remember the exact details, but basically there are two places in this store where it has these. It was not in the 1st place. I was bummed. Why does Google say it's here, when it isn't? I looked around some more, and bam, found it at the 2nd place. So I will remember that. ???

A nice, big, clean Safeway. This location even has a few places to sit down and enjoy your Starbucks drink or sandwich frm their deli.
