They immediately repaired my tire (on a Tesla) in less than 10 minutes for $25. I had called around before and Big O told me I would need to leave for 2 hours. Other gas stations didn't answer, or couldn't do it. I mention Tesla because I was told in the past that they couldn't work on Teslas (even the tire!)

Came here on Saturday for a tire rotation for my Sienna and an oil change and tire rotation for my Camry. I instructed the guy at the beginning, and he agreed with what I said, but he still went ahead and did an oil change on my Sienna and said we misunderstood each other. Really? Who does this? He couldn't even offer me a free oil change for charging me $75 extra, telling me to buy oil from an auto store, and he would give me $30! I've been coming here for a while now, and this is the last time I ever bring my car here for service. Be aware that they don't write anything on paper, so make sure you record what is being said when exchanging words with them.

I took my Toyota sienna for a tire rotation service only and my husband took his Toyota Camry for oil change and tire rotation. One of the workers asked my husband for service clarification 2 times and both times my husband told him, sienna just tire rotation and Camry is oil change and tire rotation. By the time we pay, he’s charging us for oil change and tire rotation for both cars!
After repeatedly telling them that is not what we asked for, they declined to refund us for oil change we did not ask for or at least compensate for a next visit. They are scammers and incompetent. They try to screw the customers just to get extra money for themselves. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Stay away from this place!!!!!! 0 stars is what they deserve.

I called another place and they wanted $250. Toyota dealership wanted $500 😅😅😅
So yes, I’m giving this place five stars.

I have been coming back continuously to them for years, with many cars. I trust their opinion implicitly, and the few times where they have not been able to fix a problem, they will take a loss even if they had purchased and installed new parts. They have gone above and beyond where most would lose their patience. Speaking of patience, I strongly feel the few bad reviews talking about rudeness are not talking about Kevin and Brian - there are 3 separate businesses at that gas station, and I have found the guy that runs the gas station to be quite rude (I've seen him yelling at several people), and the guy who runs the smog check sits outside smoking (which was one of the descriptions in the bad reviews which doesn't fit the description of our favorite car repairmen)!

Too bad of a place! Overcharged when possible. My tire was broken. I stopped here for convenience, requesting exchanging the spare wheel to the broken one. They finished in 5-10 minutes and charged me $25. $25 for taking a wheel off and put another on! Ridiculous.

Very impatient and less professional. They can help you fix your flat tire,but you should check the tire pressure spec by yourself. They just pressure your car to the number they knew and never check number labeled by the door. Even if there is low pressure warning there, they still say OK.

I'm very disappointed. They performed Oil change. I asked them for more expensive synthetic oil. They filled out some weird orange liquid instead and putted cheapest ever oil filter. My car started sounds same as tractor.I hope that now, after 3K miles that trick doesn't broke up my car's engine.
