The Air machine won't even stay on for 1min. Wasted $4 and barely filled 2 tyres. Skip this Shell station if you don't want to waste your money on Air!

I wish I could write this off as a "you get what you pay for", but these guys actually charge pretty high prices considering their "car wash" is essentially the same as leaving your car out in the rain. I pity the person who goes there for "detailing" work, because forget about the details, they don't even do the basic stuff properly. They work like they are afraid to pull a muscle trying to wipe the car body. They miss every obvious spot, superficially wipe their precious microfiber towels as if they don't want the cloth getting dirty, run the vacuum to just spread dirt around. A blind man would've done a better job than them. Lazy doesn't begin to describe these guys who giving honest immigrant workers all over a bad name with their poor attitude, work ethic and workmanship. They got a very convenient location with great visibility, and it's such an enormous pity that these jokers occupy it.

Haven't been here for a long time . Prices have gone up 15 dollars more then the last time I was here . They did a horrible job. Had to come back and have them clean it again in the inside . Nicer come here again . What a wast of money. $35 with tip .

The car wash will charge you for deluxe and barely clean half the car if you are actually watching then get aggressive and rude when you point it out and refuse to fix it. Didnt even bother spraying the car with scent aa part of the package. Went here 3 times seems to get worse. Avoid the car wash and the people there

This place charges you for air or water even if you buy gas or anything. Couldn't understand the clerk either. Plave should have better notifications. Shell lost my business for being shisty with small services. Its enougg that californians have to deal with the ridiculous california taxes and local fees but then to have to pay for air and water too. Bye Shell, ill go down the road to 76.

A shame ! One of the employees tried our credit card several times to use the vacuum cleaner which did not work. Finally after looking at our accounts, we realized that we had been charged 5 times! We contacted them for reimbursement only they don't want to know anything!!

Seriously the worst car wash ever. They were so rude. Talking trash in Vietnamese because I payed $30 for a car wash and the front still had a huge dirty spot so I asked them to clean it one guy refused and started talking trash about me to another guy in Vietnamese. This place needs to be shut down. They don't even care about customer service or actually doing a good job. I will take my car somewhere where they actually try.

A Comedic Car Wash Catastrophe If you're looking for a car wash experience that combines the charm of a sloth on a coffee break and the friendliness of a porcupine with a bad hair day, look no further! This place has it all. When I got there, the workers greeted me with all the enthusiasm of a potato. They moved slower than a snail on vacation, and if they could've, they'd probably ask my car to wash itself. As for the job they did, well, let's just say my car ended up looking like it had rolled through a pile of dirt and then received a questionable paint job by a preschooler. I think I've seen more efficient car cleaning at a lemonade stand run by kids with toy squirt guns. The workers' dedication to mediocrity is truly astounding. It's almost like they're auditioning for a reality show called "America's Next Top Car Wash Saboteur." Kudos to them for achieving new heights of terribleness. In conclusion, if you're seeking a car wash that makes you appreciate the dirt on your vehicle, the rudeness of its staff, and a complete disregard for a clean car, this place is your Holy Grail. Just be sure to bring your sense of humor because you'll need it to survive this comedic car wash catastrophe!

I don’t know about the dayshift, but I got here at 11:30 tonight and they’re supposedly open till midnight. I had washed my car and somehow a greasy film had gone all over the windshield inside and out.Driving at night the lights glared off of it so I could barely see. I stopped here at the shell at 950 E Calaveras Blvd to wash my windshield, but there were no squeegees around. The booth was 100% blacked out, and as I was wondering around looking for a squeegee, the lights suddenly came on and the attendant said “what do you want? I told him I needed a squeegee and he just looked at me and told me that they’re almost closed.. I couldn’t believe it, a half hour till closing time, and this guy wouldn’t let me use the squeegee so I can drive safely. If I can help it in the future, I will not be using this gas station for anything.If they don’t care about my safety I definitely don’t wanna put money in their pocket. All it would’ve cost the attendant was about 30 seconds of his time and he was not willing to provide at least adequate customer service. Well, the lazy, actions of that one employee cost them a good customer.I hope this review reaches other customers and they decide to get gas from a station that is willing to help even if they are not selling gas at that time.
