Their car wash is not optimized; it doesn't print receipts, no matter which service you choose. It only performs a basic wash, and even that is not working properly, leaving your car dirtier. After experiencing all these issues, when you approach the cashier inside the food mart, they claim you don't have a receipt, and they can't assist you. Strongly not recommended – a horrible experience!

3 out of 12 kiosks read either “keypad not available” or “card not accepted, pay inside”. I had to move my car around to find a working kiosk. You could imagine how much time was wasted in here on a busy morning.

To all the good customers Shell gas station my name is Victor I will miss you all. This company fired me supposedly for having a disagreement with my district manager about my uniform which I was compliant after we had the discussion and they let me work an extra week until they finally decided to fire me for a mere disagreement. There's another worker there by the name of Randy who has more than one time talked back to district management and other people and still did not get fired but they fired me for something he does. I hope you guys change your business to rotten Robbie they have the same deals and better gas prices...... I hope to see you guys where the gas is greener LOL yes they pay their employees better. And yes the car wash also gives so many problems it'll make you waste your time and your gas and money so do you guys who have many complaints about the car wash you are correct their service is not good.

Decent shell. Clean station. Got some gas and left. Lots of driveway entrances but if you're trying to get back onto the freeway it can get a little difficult getting back on to mentigue.

They put ad right in front of the screen so you can't see how many gallons you have, such a shame. And I believe they did it in purpose

Always prefer to come to shell to get my gas and sometime even for a car wash. I love how you can save 5 cent if you are a member. I find it cleaner than other gas stations.

This location is pretty close as it is literally two minutes away from my home. I go to this location when I don't want to wait in the long ridiculous lines for Costco gas. This location definitely is more expensive but I guess you pay for the convenience of being in and out very promptly. I definitely use the car wash Because I never feel like sitting around and waiting at a hand car wash lol They do have a new and improved car wash that has been there for a couple of months and it does a pretty good job. I definitely agree with the other review about the curb when you were exiting the car wash. You definitely have to be very careful, otherwise you can scratch your rim or damage your car because you don't see it. The drying time is definitely not enough. You only get about a minute and a half and typically you have to pull over and hand dry certain areas of your preference. This is not a big deal to me because it is still convenient and the fact that I don't have to wait for long periods of time is what I appreciate. I hardly ever go inside the store but the one or two times that I have gone inside, the workers don't appear to like their job very much. They don't greet you nor are they friendly.

Conveniently accessible carwash. Fuel Rewards and Shell Pay (though Chase/Apple/Google pay has glitches once a while) make Shell easy to use.
