This is more of a young hipster hotel. There is a club on the rooftop that played music until 2am. We could here it clearly and even feel the bass.

So spent 4 nights here. Rooms are clean, and get serviced every day. Staff have been friendly. The bar and restaurant could be better. The appetizers I had were sub par, the drink choices were limited. The vibe of the bar felt like it was on life support. Staff was friendly and attentive. But the food was really lacking. Especially for the price. The facility overall is nice, but you can really tell they are cutting costs in food service.Rooms: Clean rooms, serviced daily.

One of the worst hotels to stay at in San Jose area. Dated, Dark, and dirty. Carpets are stained as well as the furniture. For the price they charge you would expect a better room but the Spring Hill suites nearby is 5x better.

Outdated and badly maintained. Wallpaper peeling off, fixtures dripping, shower head dirty, overall a very tired look and an oddly musty smell.

If your idea of heaven is to sit at a freezing cold, deserted bar while listening to the beep of a smoke detector whose battery needs changing, then this is the hotel for you. My guess is that the Albanian mafia runs it as a money laundering operation and the city has a tax lien on them, so they have other priorities than fixing the bleach stain on on the floor where the dead hooker’s corpse laid undiscovered for 4 days. On the other hand it’s 50 bucks cheaper than the Courtyard. Enjoy!

Very poorly maintained. And this is simple stuff. Like don't electrocute your guests at the pool. Buy a $49 carpet stretcher and get rid of the massive lump in the carpet right at the elevator on the 4th floor. Snake the tub drain. Replace gaskets on the faucets. Replace light bulbs. Make sure the toilet handles in the public bathrooms work.None of this is complex. After calling maintenance the second time, I gave up and endured my 4 night stay. Was part of a group and the comments on the tub not draining was consistent. Go to the Sonesta across the street.

This hotel is definitely outdated. The rooms are large but have an unclean scent. The shower is decent, lots of water pressure so if that's not your thing then look elsewhere. I won't be staying here again.

Giving one-star is not easy. This hotel surprised me quite a bit. I managed to switch three rooms during my stay. The breakfast is a big problem regardless week days or weekend. The hotel needs some refurbishment if they want to maintain the business.

I feel like this was the most outdated Sheraton I’ve stayed in so far. Been to many across EU and I had at least the same expectations when coming here, but they do not even provide basic fridge in the room. My stay here has been well though, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the room and bath are clean. The front desk service has been very nice.

Came here for a personal trip (two young women).Cons: Rooms aren't super clean. Stains on the carpet, dirty bathroom vents, headboard had black marks all over it. Whole hotel needs a good renovation and updates. It's a conference hotel, but not a great one. No refrigerator. No microwave. Pool looked questionable. The younger staff had MAJOR attitude. We didn't have a car. Things are not close. Have to uber to everything. Not a walkable hotel. Buffet breakfast was $25+tax, Not worth it - Go somewhere else.Pros: Beds are comfortable enough. Free waters in room. Does have a small coffee pot. It's an okay hotel. We felt safe, which is good! Close to SJC airport (no shuttle). Not very busy when we visited. Knowing everything I know now, I'd stay here again. However, you may be able to find a newer hotel for the same location and rate.
