I visited the Skechers store at the Great Mall on the morning of November 14, 2025. I went in to exchange a pair of shoes that did not fit me. The shoes were extremely clean and only worn once around my home.
When I explained the issue to the manager at the counter, he spoke to me in a very impolite and loud manner. He immediately refused the exchange and when I asked him why, he simply said, “Because you wore it,” without giving any proper explanation.
His attitude was very disrespectful, and he raised his voice at me. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it and said, “I’m not going to give you my name.” I told him I would file a complaint, and he responded, “Go, whatever you want.”
This behavior shows a lack of professionalism and care for customers. It left me with the impression that he does not value the store or the customers who shop there.
I hope Skechers takes this complaint seriously and addresses this issue.

I was here on Aug 23rd afternoon. Was at the billing counter. The person billing asked if I needed a bag. I wasn't sure if it was free, hence replied asking him if the bag was free. He very rudely replied saying 'it's a simple yes or no question ' .I was confused as to what I did to get this response from him. Completely ruined my shopping experience. None of the people working at this store are interested to work there , really shows from their attitude.

Placed an order online for pick up and when I received the email confirmation, it specifically said that they only did curbside pick up so I went ahead and checked in. After 15 minutes and no order I went ahead and called only to be told that they don’t offer curbside pick up. Yall next to fix that.

Although grateful they were willing to exchange the shoes that don’t have the tags on them, they should restock the shoe sizes that are in demand sooner.

They have shown wrong timing on google. It showed me that on thursday its open till 9 pm but its wrong i went to 8:25 but they were closed and even people working over there didnt tell me I was just standing on the door and they were ignoring me. Very bad one. Never visiting again

I was hoping I can give zero star or minus stars. I’m a regular customer of Sketchers and I have bad experience every time I went into Great mall sketchers store.. I’m very disappointed with their customer service. None of their staff are nice and helpful. And I’m the one greeting them and keep on saying thank you. I really hope that their management can train their staff to have better customers service skill or at least some smile and know how to say thank you to their customers…….??????

Placed an order online, and wanted to know the status of my order. I went to ask at the store about my order, and they told me that my order was not ready in a rude manner and I had to wait until I get the email. All I wanted was the status update about my order because online it says it's about a 3 hour wait until the order is ready, and I placed the order the night before. Took less than a minute to get my order, and gave it to me in a bad manner. Need better customers service.
