Hi, considering the high prices that we're paying today or even not considering the high prices that we're paying today, I still expect that there's some good level of customer service. I would appreciate the cashier saying hi to me at the check stand, or telling me the amount that I owe in a voice I can hear, maybe look at me and even say thank you for doing business with us. I often say thank you at the end after a cashier's has helped me. At this store, and I've been there several times, there's one cashier in particular that didn't speak to me except to mumble the amount I owed. It's not the first time. I'd say tho overall it's not a very friendly place to shop. There's lots of Smarts and Finals. I don't have to go to this location. I'd like Smart and Final managers to teach their employees that it's because of our customers that you have a job. That it is common courtesy and should be given to their customers. I will not shop at this store again. Like I said, there's plenty of Smart and Finals.

Check prices because theirs are higher in a lot of cases. Trader Joe's is a better place to shop for quality and price. The cashiers at S&F have no customer service training, and it shows.

Nice grocery store with great staff.I think meat area could be improved but great variety of fruits and veggies. Also other household products are well priced and neatly stocked.

Good selection of produce, grains, breads, frozen foods, flour. Long lines on weekends but move fast. Faster than Costco! Ample parking. Friendly employees.

Horrible management and i'm speaking of Kayla. Rude. She shouldn't be a manager. She doesn't have what it takes. Doesn't listen to customers and doesn't treat them with respect. When I asked about a product she rushed her answer and hushed me away. She should be fired. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
