I've come to Smog Pro Milpitas twice, once for an oil change and another time for an oil rotation. For each service, they had me in and out in less than 30 min, completed the services requested well. The price for the oil change for a sedan was $75 & the tire rotation was $35. I would definitely come back again. Staff is friendly and makes it easy to schedule an appointment or walk-in

I've been going here for years for things like an oil change and they have always been super friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. They really check my car for me and let me know by showing and explaining to me if they see something wrong and what I would need to do next. If it is small they also let me know which is appreciated as well. Would recommend!

The mechanics over there, especially Linh and Sonny were very professional, honest, and finished the repair on time. Most of the mechanics have been here for years, almost grew up with them :) And they stand by their work. Michael is always in communication with you, including any updates with your car. He'll also welcome you with a great smile and honest answer, opinion or quote. Great value for the price that I paid and service that I got. Thanks

I reached out via yelp projects and got a quote for an oil change - they mentioned that they could do my oil change with the products I purchased and brought to them. Once I called - it was super easy to book an appointment the next morning at 8am and when I arrived I was the first person taken care of. It took about 30 minutes and went very smoothly. Thanks!

I came here to get my car smogged. I had made a reservation the night before (which the system accepted), but when I went in for my appointment, the Manager didn't see it in his system. Thankfully, when I showed him my confirmation, he honored it. The shop was clean, the price was good and the location is within walking distance of the plaza on Calaveras where Mil's Diner and other shops are located. They were also very efficient. I hadn't even finished my breakfast before getting the call that my vehicle was done. I am contemplating switching to their shop for repair work because they are open on Saturdays.

They removed an item jammed into the brakes free of charge for me. Glad that they have the knowledge to service what’s wrong and the honesty + ethics to work on something that requires no repairs or secret fee payment.

It's really easy and convenient to book appointment over the phone. The staffs are pretty friendly, after i got my oil changed, they also did a general inspection and saw that my brake was around 15%. I got my brake changed schedule for the next two days. The service was fast and good for the price. So far this is my go to for car maintenance.

Took my Honda Pilot for smog check requested by the DMV. The team at Smog Pros Milpitas took care of me. They also gave me the price that quoted via yelp. Left my car and they called me right after it was done.

I stopped by today and gave them a call. They were able to get me in with an appointment. Arrived a little early and they were able to service me right away. Super nice guys that work there. In and out in about 20 to 25 minutes. I definitely will be coming back again for my other cars for a smog check.

Extremely professional and honest. They checked my brakes and provided me with quotes that were comparable to other places, but they offered top-quality, first-brand options like original parts and Akebono.
