Charged $80 for 4 pcs of 2x2 Passport pictures. What a total “Rip-off”. Beware of this guy Kavin, a sweet talking guy in-charge of the store. Just purely disgusting, that today, my son just paid $12 for 2 pcs of passport pictures from another postal shop in Milpitas. Btw, he even talked about “karma”.

Very poor experience with this business. Went in with a 6 page document to be mailed locally to another City 15 minutes away. Got a big envelope (to fit the A4 sized sheets) and wrote the addresses on it and gave it back to the employee who ensured me it would be sent out the same day. Was overcharged for the service but didn't question it at the time.A week later, I get the same document back in the mail as 'Refused Post Due'. The document was removed from the envelope I had placed it in, folded (which I was trying to avoid by using the bigger envelope), put in a smaller envelope and mailed out using a single Forever stamp. Never going back here and would advice others to do the same.

Might be good for certain things, but otherwise the guy who worked here in Aug 2022 was kind of thug to me.. he added some worth of postage, and still my envelope didnt get delivered nor returned.

I just came here to drop off a package and was greeted by the nicest person behind the counter. Couple other people stopped in while I was there and he greeted them the same way . Can tell he'd be very helpful for whatever you might need .

Passport photo -$39.99 for 2 pictures. IF you needed badly & nowhere else to go. Always asked first how much before doing it.

Very dishonest people here. They don't post their fax cost per sheet then, overcharge these naive customers! I highly suggest to ASK/INQUIRE first on the cost of whatever you need from this business if you need their service in order to avoid a big and costly SURPRISE! Better yet, go across the street at FedEx/Kinkos for better and honest price and service.

They are unprofessional and non-friendly. Demand more money after doing half work and refuse to give your documents if not paid. Notary documentation in specific. Please avoid. Is it possible to file a complaint ? This is not legal.

The guy who works there, not sure if owner, but the Notary guy, Kavin, he seems..odd. Like my father passed and his response was, when was it?.. oh wow last month with a big smile and chuckle, like a sociopath with no empathy. He needed to step away to complete the paperwork for my mom's pension at the counter away from us, claiming he's afraid to catch covid. After completion he slipped the paperwork in an mail envelope, hoping we don't pull it out and review it, and quickly took our cash ($15).He made more distracting comments, like he asked about me where my pineapples were, and thought I was bringing him some...I was wearing a sweater with Pineapples. All I thought to myself was I need to get out of here fast. Begrudgingly I didn't review the document thoroughly.I checked the paper work a day later, an hour too late, to find that his notary license expired on 01April2021, and the current date was 14Apr2021. My mom appeared in front of him and signed the paperwork on 14Apr2021, but he signed on 01Apr2021. He knowingly stamped and signed the document with past dates and used an expiring notary stamp. I called him, and he said he would give back the money if I came in, or hope that the pension administration doesn't notice and they know there's a delay in renewing license due to COVID.I hope you don't make the same mistake as I did.Don't hand over money, until you see proof of current notary license.

Excellent place to do your postal needs. I've only been in a line a few times there. Very quick and efficient! Friendly staff!

New Management here. I think they deserve a higher over all rating because many of the rating stars are from older mangement. Kavin is working hard to take care of the clients I know because he has taken care of my needs while I was out of the country. This is not an easy business to be in as UPS is cutthroat. Please leave him a good rating after you see his hard work and dedication.

Very friendly. Use them a few times. This time was different guy and he's quite fast and professional. Notarized my document in minutes. They even saved me a trip to FedEx as they do prepaid FedEx shipping (at least for documents)!
