I bought an item from this store at Great Mall and they forgot to remove the security tag. The product is now unusable. I contacted the store and instead of helping, they told me I’d have to come all the way back in person — even though I’m flying out today and can’t make the trip. They’ve since ignored my messages and offered no real solution. Very disappointing customer service — double-check your purchases before leaving the store!

Bad bad experience,Went for exchange , lost gift reciept , Request manager that need only exchange because it’s XL and need L, but manager said no very disappointing. No customer service at all.

The staff member at the fitting room was extremely rude and displayed unprofessional, aggressive behavior toward me, my wife, and other customers. It felt like she didn’t want to be there and took it out on everyone. As a loyal customer, I expect a welcoming environment — not hostility. I hope the store management takes this seriously and ensures customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

Trial rooms close one hour before store on Friday. We spent a lot of time picking things out only to be turned away before trying them on. They did not tell us this when we entered the store.
We understand that it’s a Friday and folks want to go home early, but telling us in advance would have been appreciated.

Poor experience, the store attendants clearly dont care about the customers here, giving me grief about not keeping a garment properly when I folded and kept it in its proper place - saying I dont care if you shop here or not on top of that. Wow - great going, way to keep losing customers!! Managers, please make note and ensure the store employees are atleast polite to their customers

I bought tommy polo tshirt for my husband and to my surprise just after a wash,the shirt ripped off from sides and I was so disappointed l,I paid all that money for the quality of Tommy which is clearly not something I received in return.I thought atleast they will honour the exchange and you know what,they did not exchanged it even.Worst customer service and worst quality.
Overhyped and over priced brand for cheap quality merchandise.

Really really bad and worst store ever.
The staff is undeniably rude. The lady is really giving very very lame and horrible answers.
If she doesn’t wanna work, why is she wasting our time.
The billing system is very much outdated it seems.
Better stay away from this shop.
