Worst customer service. I had to stand in line for almost 30 min for fitting room, although there were rooms available but the lady managing the fittings refused to open the unused rooms and instead let people wait. I requested her but she rudely refused to open the unused rooms. I just left after getting frustrated and wasting my time. I am never coming back here again.

Variety of clothes but their return process is really outdated (have to manually enter the code looks like and no way to scan the barcodes) and slow.

Very rude staff at this store. There were two separate points for entry and exit. Staff held up the entry line for over 15 mins even though there were fewer customers inside the store and several going out from the exit

Absolutely, a horrible customer service at their cashiers. They never help with any exchange or return as all stores do. They make the sale very simple, but with any exchange desire, it is almost impossible. I don't recommend anyone to shop at this place

We had a very bad customer service at the store today. I got a dress which was displayed as 40% off from a price of 120$. When I went to pay bill, the guy charged 84$. The discount should be 70$. My 13 year old son did a mental calculation and pointed out that the discount should be 70$. The guy didn’t agree and sent another person to the aisle to check it. Other person confirmed it’s 40% off. Then the cashier apologized and said it’s system error. On top of it I had 15% off for becoming a member today. He didn’t give that discount too untill we asked him. Why are they lying to the customer about discounts when they are reluctant to honor it. After this bad experience, I asked my son to check the discount on the other two t shirts that we got. The cashier was very rude at that time with us. We ended up buying because we already spent 2-3 hours and liked the selection we made. Overall I would not go to this store again. I thought of going back and talking to the store manager about this but eventually left it. I didn’t get the name of the cashier but he had lot of tattoo on him. I will never go to this store again. We go for good brands but ultimately customer experience is important. So Tommy I won’t be visiting this store again. Please train your members to be honest and not cheat people on their hard earned money.

Tommy Hilfiger drops a lot in quality. Since last purchase before pandemic, I made a purchase 3 years later, and the pants broken after I pull the drawstring. This even didn't happen to my $10 pants from Nordstrom Rack. Then I take a look of the drawstrings hole, no edge stitches at all. If you are still a super fan of TH, please avoid this store in Great Mall. They are just super unfriendly when you try to return/exchange for quality issue. They just accept re-sale condition. How could you find quality issue with re-sale condition?

Worst store ever. They are so lazy, they tend to stay closed most of the time. Visited on 01/17/2021. They’re supposed to open from noon but said some inventory reloading until 2. Waiting until 4 and they’re just closed that day.Revisited the store on 01/20/2021 when they’re supposed to close at 7PM. They chose to close by 6:20PM.Didn’t expect this from Tommy.
