Terrible customer service I asked for fitting rooms they said they were not available and I asked so I have to buy your clothes without trying it on? The lady said yes. This clothes are not cheap to buy and then return if it doesn’t work for you.

I was told the dressing room was closed and there isn't a estimated time it would be open asked for a manager and was told she is not in so you going to lose a 300+ sale because you want allow me to try items on but clearly just watched someone come out the dressing room I called a hour later to see if the dressing room is open and was told they want be open till they are able to hire more staff

Just close this store permanently already!!!! All the employees are disrespectful for no reason and why are they always closed during great mall opened hours, might as close permanently.

Today my wife shop at store she forgot her handbag there , when she came back ask for it , no one’s response for her and actually they stole and hide from her , until my wife ask to check the camara, then someone at store take it out and give back to her ,my wife doesn’t speak English well after they return then they tell her to get out the store, is that true religion‘employee discrimination or what

Literally drove all the way over here for my nephew to shop here and even though it says they close at 7 they were closed at 6:30. Literally how annoying and inconsiderate.

ZERO Stars! I'm very disappointed. I waited over 30 minutes today at the store during business hours. I arrived at 4:45 pm, the lights were on, no one visibly there, no answer when calling, no note left on door. Many customers, at least 10, arrived within the 30 minutes I was there. One of the customers said they had stopped by 1 hour before, and the doors were locked, in the same situation. Unfortunately, Gilroy store hung up after phone ringing several times, I tried, and the store continued to hang up without ever saying a word. Livermore store just wouldn't answer. Unless, of course, all 3 stores had no workers, all at the same date, and at the same time. I have a return that can only be returned before July 9th. This is ridiculous customer service. They no longer have a customer service line to call. Their chat services are only Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm. If you email customer service, you will not receive a response for two business days. Those are your only options. One can understand emergencies, but this isn't the first time in Milpitas. Apparently, if you look at True Religions reviews, including Milpitas, Livermire, and Gilroy, they all have the same issues. 1. They don't follow their open time hours, they take lunch and close the store for that time, they don't respect or value the customer's time when if it weren't for them they wouldn't have a job. 2. Unprofessional in many cases. 3. Have inadequate options to resolve issues such as returns, speaking to a live representative, and options to reach a live person since they no longer answer calls. You can only text or email.

They store ws closed at 7:30pm when the hours show till 8pm. When i called the store the lady said we close at 7pm. They should update their hours online.

Shopping's day: 12-15-2022 @ 7:11:02pmReceipt’s Salesperson: Karen NO. 7818This store has the worst service among all the True Religion stores. The short skinny a lots of makeup on face lady is very rude to all customers, I think because she has to fix all the clothes at all time. I was looking for some jeans , they fold the jeans with the size face in, I have to turn it out to find my size, and I didn’t even open the jeans. she came to put every thing away right away without asking, I said wait , this is the jeans I want, please keep it there. She was very unhappy said I have make a mess on her set up. I was very upset and ask her name, she didn’t want to tell me and said : you can go now. So rude. The choppy female manager named herself Adriene, but on my receipt name Karen supported that short skinny full face makeup lady too. She said we just want to ask what size your are looking for, infect, they don’t want customer touch their clothes, they don’t care if customer purchase from their store. SUPPER BAD SERVICE, I have read other customer’s review too, they had the same experience as me. I hope they can have new management in great mall, our bay area people desires friendly services.

I drove here to do a return. They close at 7 pm not at 8. Came back the next day, the lady working there helped me with the return. It was a third party return so she helped me do it. Thank you.

Went to go exchange an online order but the cashier relayed that it was down for months now. Costumer service is not friendly. I’ve been here in the past and have had better encounter with the staff but today was not good.

Very unprofessional service from the staff in the store. Purchasing anything from here is risky, and the staff can get threatening and abusive if you try to return. I had this experience with them and my kid was there with me. It was traumatic for him. Never share your information with them. They call this part of their return policy, take your information and still refuse to return items that they did not tag and record properly in their systems. Best to stay away. No wonder this store is empty most of the time.

This place has the rudest customer service that we have ever had.The staffs weren’t helpful and were so rush on us. When my husband wanted to talk to the store manager, the girl said “hey “manager-name*”, do you want to talk to this idiot?”Then we decided not to buy, 3 of them, including the manager said “don’t come back” to us when we walked out.Wish we knew their names so TR can work with them. Pls look into your camera and work through that.It happened around 6pm on 9/10/2022.We were a family of 3 including a small child.Thanks!
