Poor customer service and so as the return policy. Bought a jacket which is too big. Went there to return it after 5 days of purchase with the original receipt. The one that helped me said I need to either give her my email address or my ID. But why? She said it's their return policy. But I was never asked for either one in the past. As she insisted, I wrote her my email address. But after that she asked to see my ID once again. I insisted not giving as she already said either email address or ID in the first place. And I don't find it right to let her see my ID! After some moment, she issued the refund to my credit card and said it's okay not showing the ID this time, but next time you will need to show your ID. Hey, there will be NO NEXT TIME!

My favorite polos are from here. They fit very well and I love the different styles and colors. I like that they work off commissions because it results in much better service than what you get in other retail stores. The staff wants to help and make sure that you get what you need. Jas helped me on the last trip and was great and very helpful. The manager even told me how I could get a discount while I was waiting in line which was cool. Good job!

I really like the clothing the Polo store has. But today I went in and the manager was not wearing a mask. He took it off completely and then just went to the back. You need to wear a mask there is a worldwide pandemic. The mall also has policy of all customers and employees wearing mask is a requirement. Please wear face mask properly covering your mouth & nose. He was right next to his employee. You need to be six feet apart. It's the health and safety of your employees to.

visited this store atleast 5 times in 6 months . very disappointing exp .. staff is not very cheerful .. anything you ask , answer is same .. we dont have it in store anymore

I was there today ,I bought something for my wife but after purchasing I decided to change the size ,I went back to the guy who I bought my cloth from, a lady was front of us and told the guy I can wait to finish the business with me, but the guy said don't worry he is just came now !!!!! and he is behind you!!!!! I got get shocked and then noticed the guy did that because he did not want to loose another sale and had competition with his coworker, wow ,Hopefully the manager of this branch do something about it .It was really rude

Staff "Beto" was rude. We were supposed to buy 6 polo shirts yesterday. We started to do combination as they had 39.99 for 2. We started lifting the shirts to check the size and look which btw any customer would do. We were eventually looking for a particular size in a T-shirt. As soon as we were looking at the stack, Beto comes from the back saying "NO, don't touch it, I just fixed it". I understand he might be tired working the whole day but there is a way to talk to a customer and shouting is definitely not one of it. We told him that we wanted 6 shirts and hence going through those without troubling staff and his attitude was "6 shirts are not a big deal, don't buy, its not a big deal". And my relative got offended and left the store with anger without buying the shirts. I asked his name which he said is "Beto" and he also mentioned, "DO YOU WANT MY HOME ADDRESS".I hope the store manager reads this. Thank you.

Pathetic and not at all helpful. Bought 2 pairs of Jeans at the vegas branch outlet mall . Did not pay attention to the sizes being different. Tried on the first pair when i arrived at our hotel as we were attending the circue de solei show that night. To my suprise it was a slim and the other pair a slim straight. The slim did not fit. We now currently in San Francisco and decided to pop in at the store to return it for a bigger size. I now get told it must be a outlet mall and that is exactly where i purchased it. Then theres a issue because i removed the tags. So i left the store and the other items i wanted to buy. Will never buy a pair of your products not even in my home country. Useless customer service as could'nt even tell me where the nearest normal store is then.
