i would give it -5 if i could just bc of the workers here are a bunch of little high schoolers who are rude and unprofessional, and the manager doesn’t even seem to understand english so he was no help at allll you need better representatives terrible terrible workers they should work at mcdonald’s with that attitude also the workers are only nice to people they know hence all the good review are their friends ?

Kevin and Jayleen were so helpful, courteous, and professional! They got us the right sizes to try on right away and even looked in the cabinets above and the stock room in the back to look for the right size shoe. 10 out of 10 service.

The worst experience ever. If you want the person at the front door treat you like a stupid, UGG Great Mall Outlet is the right place to go to.You need a person who guides you, not to make you feel unwelcome with an attitude that makes you feel like you don't want to come back there ever, like I do. Yet, that person in the front door is representing the store, so disgusting.Brand may be ok, but customer service UGG Milpitas SUCKS!Do yourself a favor and find another store.You're welcome.

The worst customer service! It is not the first time I have come to this store but today from the first moment I asked something the "young woman" answered me very curtly and with zero desire to help! If one asks for help it is because obviously the shoes are not cheap and even if they were she has to be willing since that is why it is her job! Also, I didn't say anything, I kept looking for more options and asked again because it was enough for two of my daughters, that is, a kid and a toddler, but she got upset every time I asked something.
When I talked to the manager and she, in the same way and despotically, told me that her worker did answer me that she saw it! But I asked him the same thing every time! Well nooo because I repeat it was for two of my daughters of very different sizes that I was looking for boots! And I told him one thing is for him to respond to me and another for him to do it the way he is doing it. And after paying the next client, the same "manager or cashier" started making fun of me... I mean, not at all professional because how dare you make fun of me with another client! Saying that they were angry all day serving people that I had to understand! If you are not prepared to serve customers, then look for a job where you do not have contact with humans!

Best employee ever!! I went in today and called and she answered the phone with the best attitude ever and helped me out through the whole phone call and in the store!! She was so lovely and nice she deserves a raise for people like Silvia!!
