My Tita or Aunty banks with US Bank. I take her before we go to Seafood City. Branch is is the same Plaza Milpitas CA. I walked in and and asked about opening an Checking Account. Ria Rimando gave excellent service and answered all my questions. She is very thorough and made it a easy for me to open a Checking account. Highly recommend Ria. Thanks US Bank.

I have accounts in other banks, my wife had passed away three months before this visit and needed to deal with her personal IRA. We dealt with this branch because they always seemed to have knowledgeable staff available to take care of our banking issues. After her death the staff, because of numerous visits, they very helpful and supportive in helping me to understand what had to be done.

They are always above and beyond. Never recived this kind of help at any other US bank or other banks I ever visited. All the people are dedicated to help with patience. Today was the second time I visited this place for balance transfer. They have updated my account also my wife’s account with outstanding items. Really best branch and customer orientated.

This seafood City in Milpitas is a great complex of Filipino food within the Milpitas area. It is connected to a Chow King, Red Ribbon, Valerio's bakery and a Goldilocks Bakery. For those of us that do not have filipino food where we live( Most Of The USA) it is great having a place 15 minutes form an airport, as we can do our grocery shopping in one stop before flying back home at the end of a vacation.

Lyn manangan is beyond helpful and super welcoming and also very fast. I came in with three things deposit, withdraw, Mobil app help. She seriously nailed them all at the same time talk multitasking at its finest. She helped me understand my app fully and I really appreciate that. Thank you Lyn for being very kind and professional and great at you're job. I will for sure be using this location for all banking needs.
