One of the best facilities in the states! Huge selection of bats and all other equipment. I felt like I was back home. Kid in a candy shop kind of feeling. The best thing was that the indoor mat was very similar to the Mats that we play on. Definitely worth a visit!

I’ve used the bowling machine lane twice and it is always good fun. The folks at the desk are quite friendly too. Lots of bats for sale as well

Thanks for the follow up. There is no doubt that us cricket store has quality of cricket equipments in a reasonable prices. From last, few years Im your regular customer. Just last time i was little bit disappointed, i thought the ownership is changed or something. Any way, i will come soon for the next purchase.

I have been coming to the US cricket store in Milpitas for the past couple of years, and I must say that the staff and management are very responsible and welcoming. The store offers all types of cricket equipment, making it the best cricket store in the Bay Area. A special mention goes to Raman, who is super cool and very helpful. Additionally, Deepak, the branch manager, is also a very nice guy who takes care of his customers well.

"I recently visited the US CRICKET STORE and was impressed with the range of products available. The store had a good selection of cricket bats, balls, gloves, and protective gear, all at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they were happy to answer any questions I had.I purchased a new cricket bat and gloves, and I was very satisfied with the quality of both products. The bat was well-balanced and had a good weight, while the gloves were comfortable and provided excellent grip. The prices were competitive with other stores in the area, and I felt that I received good value for my money. I would highly recommend this cricket store to anyone in the market for high-quality cricket equipment

Editing my review after receiving a call from Deepak. He clearly cares a lot about the business since he followed up and asked me to clarify my review. I appreciate the fact that he followed up.Overall I would rate it at 3.5 stars but can't so keeping it at 4.I'm going to break out the review into a few sections and rate them so it's a fair representation. I do feel reviews are for the benefit of others so personally I really value good reviews.4 stars - for location and product selection (in the US).3 stars - for shopping experience in-store and online.3.5 stars - for customer service.Not rated - didn't use batting cages so can't evaluate.Location and selection - easily accessible, large warehouse and they have a good collection of cricket gear especially bats.Shopping experience - The shop has a lot of stuff but isn't very well organized and there are no prices on the products in-store. Deepak told me in the follow up call that they price match. I didn't know that when buying in-store nor was I told then. (It's only with similar US based sites, at their discretion and excludes Amazon, eBay etc.). The website is new and doesn't seem to have all the products. It could also benefit from being faster.Customer service - they run lean or at least seemed short staffed with one person attending to multiple people - he was trying to be as helpful as he could. Given the shop isn't easy to navigate in-store, you depend on the staff. And one guy was quite rude - the point can also be made politely even if they disagree with the customer.Happy to edit this review if I have a better experience on my next visit / shopping.

Excellent customer service, placed an order from out-of-state, and was given a video demonstration of the bats I requested. Deepak was very helpful in helping me purchase a bat. Highly recommend!
