My apartment's mailbox was broken and my package was stolen so I filed a complaint on their website and notified them of the broken mailbox. They contacted me the next business day and told me that they would get it fixed soon. And they did. I appreciate their attention and prompt response.

Need to learn to do their jobs. Instead of working they want you to go online so they don’t have to work. Overcharging and not knowing what to do. Need more training.

Came in today to ask about passport renewal for my 17 year old and to pick up the forms. Annalysa helped me and was very polite and helpful. They have limited walk in days and times so check online for info.

Slowest possible service if You need to talk to a manager. It takes over 15. Now they start charging $2 for putting a date stamp on an envelope and this used to be free of charge.

absolutely incompetent by constantly making false delivery attempts. Saying I was not at home while I was at home for a whole day is just ridiculous. And you can't file claim without purchasing an insurance.

A lot of ppl in my community beside great mall are complaining about Mail Theft by USPS delivery guys. @USPS team pls look into this matter urgently as there's repeated number of mail theft cases against your Milpitas location..

You have to buy their shipping materials to ship an item, very frustrating service. Try a different USPS, or Fedex.
