Wish they would resume Sunday hours for the PO box lobby, and open at 8:00 or 8:30 instead of 9 a.m.

So unhelpful! Tried to have my mail forwarded to the new address and they made me come in 4 different times in a week with different peices of mail. One person said a digital version worked then the other said it didn’t then after all of that I went in on Friday they told me to come in on Monday just then on Monday for them to tell me notice was expired and I was gonna have to start the process all over again which ISNT possible because I would need the notice that is sent IN THE MAIL to be able to do it! And my mail is being held a a facility until I verify. Not a single time did they just say you can go online and do it.

The counter staff are very friendly and helpful, every one is very nice. Wait time is usually only a few minutes. The Milpitas post office is the best I've ever seen, much much better than San Jose, Cupertino ... I don't understand why the rating is so low.

Came by ~1:10 Wednesday to send a package and letter, left around ~1:24. A woman named Kamaljit (I think, I may have misspelled her name) helped me out, super helpful and efficient, explained some stuff to me that I didn't understand, and got me through the process quick. Great!

I came to this place for the first time on October 30 some time ago to pick up the express mail from China. My English is not good. I am really lucky. The staff member who received me, Jianping, can actually speak Chinese, which really makes me happy! And his work attitude and service are also very good, which is touching and heart-warming!For this reason, I began to have the idea of mailing things from the United States to China, so on December 15th, I came to this place again and processed the mailing of things from the United States to China for the first time.Because my English is so poor, I asked for help in Chinese, and the staff found Jianping for me. I was very happy to see him again. It was great to have him help me with the application. First of all, language barrier-free communication.Fortunately, it was him, because my international mailing business was still a bit troublesome. It was very slow for me to fill in the English information. When I filled it out again, he was having lunch, and the counter staff found him again according to my request. Knowing that he came here right after he put down his job, he completed everything I had to do and patiently answered all my questions. It was really touching once again! Many thanks to Jianping and the Indian female staff member who worked with him. She was also very nice. Love you! Love Milpitas Post Office!

Poor customer Service the employee insisted I pay for a higher service. I let her know I recently sent out the same thing and it was under $5.00. I did this in person at Milpitas post office. Mail was sent back and in black ink written on envelope “must go first priority” with no usb in it and envelope opened!!! paid $4.90 to be sent back with missing usb drive. What a scam !!!!Edit : went in to see if I would get a refund or credit because I would have to pay again ( about $9.00 ) to get another envelope sent out . Cashier said she would ask her supervisor and supervisor said it’s my fault ! I asked cashier how is it my fault when your employees charged me the amount it would be and now this is my fault ? Cashier responded and said “ as you can see everyone here at the register is new” . Wow !!! ( maybe management should train them better )

Sent me a mailed letter a week after they clearly destroyed my package in regards claiming they needed everything mailed back to the post office including the packing when the online claim just said they needed images of the damage and proof of value (my package, marked fragile clearly had been maliciously damaged especially given the amount of care I took packaging). Customer support there was clearly snickering when they were hanging up after telling me there was nothing they could do about my insurance claim. Never shipping anything glass with usps again that goes to this center.
