Walgreens, a popular pharmacy chain, has received mixed reviews from customers in the local area. The pharmacy service at the Milpitas location is praised for its prompt and supportive staff, particularly the knowledgeable and friendly pharmacist Mina, who goes "above and beyond" to address customers' needs and concerns. Despite being short-staffed during the pandemic, the pharmacy team has consistently provided excellent service. On the other hand, the main Walgreens store has faced some challenges. While the store is generally well-organized and stocked, customers have reported issues with the availability of certain products, especially in the grocery and frozen food sections. The store's cashier and line management have also been a point of frustration, with long wait times and an inefficient process for handling customer transactions. Customers appreciate the store's cleanliness, organization, and the availability of weekly specials and clearance items. However, some have expressed a preference for shopping at other Walgreens locations or rival pharmacies, such as CVS, which may offer better rewards programs and discounts. Overall, the Walgreens pharmacy service in Milpitas stands out for its exceptional customer care, while the main store could benefit from improvements in staffing, product availability, and checkout efficiency to better meet the needs of its customers.

When I got there, they said my prescription wasn't ready even though the app said it was. Waited another 10 minutes while they filled it

Worst service ever. Went for returning a package along with the fedex QR, for which their response was to go to a nearby FedEx store and get it printed. Then why on earth you advertise yourself as an authorized FedEx onsite?
