I went through an embarrassing and very unpleasant situation at Walmart in Milpitas, in front of my husband and our four children. The entire time I was shopping with my family, a female security guard chased us down every aisle, coercing us as if we were doing something wrong. I was completely offended by the cruel attitude of security, as I made my purchases like any other customer. My husband complained to her and spoke to another employee about what was happening and security continued to follow me. It was very regrettable and sad. I hope you have respect for your customers and don't allow this type of embarrassment to happen again.

A massive Walmart Supercenter where you will get everything you need, everything you want and more. The store is very well lit, and the sections inside are clearly labelled and strategically placed. The staff are knowledgeable and know what to find where. Parking is available in the massive free parking lot. Recommended without reservation.

Very bad service. I want to buy a hair dryer but it's locked inside a glass cabinet. I asked the staff here, she didn't know who has the key to open the cabinet. I have been waiting for a while and finally someone came.

I can't believe I am actually writing a review for Walmart, but in the brief time that I was there really early in the morning when it had just opened up. I found that the staff were extremely friendly compared to any other Walmart. I have ever been to. They did not all speak english very well, but they were extremely helpful even when they didn't and need to be. So, since I am a reviewer, I decided to at least comment on the pleasurable experience. I had picked up my breakfast at this walmart

Very bad experience related to customer service
Management is not good
They locked all the sections
But they don’t have enough staff to open that locked sections
The old ladies in Walmart ?they don’t want to help the customers
Very disappointed and more time consuming for shopping, and even you are not getting anything from the locked doors

Johnny at the front door rudely yelled that the store was closed at 10:56 p and the store closes at 11 pm . I don’t feel like that’s ok especially when people have emergency reasons for wanting to run in the store real fast . If the store closes before 11pm they should change the store hours .

I had a cheaply made vizio a few months past its date, and i needed food desperately and they refused me store credit, dont shop here rude manager lady with red hair, now im stuck with a tv thats sounds terribly low.

Awful experience. Everything is locked up and it takes about 20 min to get an employee to come and help you unlock the item cases. The employees are hardworking but there are only about 3 working this task for a store that has every aisle under lock.
