i stopped by over the weekend and not only is there no customer service but there was this absolutely unmannered girl. This was my second time there and both times have been very unpleasant. I don’t understand why their employees are very ill mannered and rude. It drives all customer service away and doesn’t make it a welcoming environment to shop.

Our goto location for HoCo dresses! Lots of colors and styles to choose from, helpful sales people and easy dressing room access! Other cute clothes as well but definitely a destination store for HoCo dresses!

Service is so SO slow. If you’re buying like two dresses you’ll be in line for a while as only one cashier rings everyone up slowly. While the rest just walk around.

The manager here has the worst attitude I've seen. She got defensive when I asked her a question about returns, proceeds to change her tone and giving aggressive dirty look when I asked her to clarify something she said. Then the rest of my time shopping I noticed she's kept that vibe, doesn't smile or act friendly towards anyone. Bad energy at this store.

I love me some Windsor. This is the perfect spot if you are in need of something girly, dressy, and fun- all at a cost that won't break your bank!! BUT, I'm sure you're wondering why the 2 stars... While the whole idea of Windsor is amazing, the options available in store is very minimal. Sizes are extremely limited for those who aren't a small. The store is a cross between looking organized at first glance, yet being chaotic with dress straps intertwined with multiple hangers. Positives: As mentioned above, the pricing ranges from affordable to possibly being a bit of a splurge depending on your wants & design purchased. There is literally something for everyone. With the store being extremely limited in sizes and designs, the Windsor website offers an array of colors and a ton more options. 2 stars overall factoring in everything mentioned above and the tough store policies. Items are apparently only held for an hour prior to being put back on the salesfloor. Dresses, for the most part, are final sale (SO TRY ON YOUR ITEMS BEFORE COMMITTING).

Worst customer service ever. Ive never seen someone as rude as the girl on the floor. Ridiculous customer service. She was clearly too lazy to do her job and was extremely rude. I would never shop from this place again. Absolutely dissappointed.

Wish I would have read these reviews. Got to store at 645 and was told they were closing in 5 mins. Drove all the way from Hayward .
