Don't come to this bank! Now I know why so many bad reviews! I waited at the bank for almost an hour and then when I got in line told me I needed to wait for another hour or more because he had to break for lunch. Isn't my time precious? Why didn't they tell me while I was waiting in line? And they have a bad attitude.

I went into this branch for a wire transfer to close a home purchase. I walked in 50 minutes before closing and was told two individuals were ahead of me and I could take my chances and maybe my needs would be addressed; otherwise, return tomorrow. These people forget that they have jobs because of their clients. Avoid this branch or Bank of America, all together.

It's no wonder this bank has a 1 star rating. Nancy and company are terribly rude. And not just because they didn't cash my check due to poor penmanship. But because they did so in an unprofessional and accusatory manor. Same check every 2 weeks, same amount, same small business owner. Numerics clearly penned. If you care, fix it. One of the biggest banks in the nation shouldn't be sporting a 1 star rating. Lol!

Great place to do business and I don't know who said they don't have business line they do it's to the left and they have a sign to direct business clients also they tend to remember you and your name so very easy for me to Do business and I feel safe as well..only times they are busy is ofcourse when the armored truck comes then all tellers leave to the back and tend to have long lines and only 1 teller helping at times someone on a tablet helping overflow of the line to do deposits for you much faster so again great place of business and nice area

All the reviews correlate with each other. Their lines are ridiculously long and Lyn the operational manager is the reason for it. Lyn made the executive call to shut down the business line at 10 AM this morning and informed me that if I wanted help with my business, I can come back at a different scheduled time when they were slower now I've been using Bank of America since 2010 and this is the first I've heard of that bizarre request of Lyn. Lynn came out very rude and abrupt. When I asked her why there was no business line available. I informed her that during Covid when Bank of America shut down their business lines we left Bank of America to US Bank, so we were able to get service in a quick manner last year Bank of America business merchants called me and informed me that all merchant lines were backed up and separated from consumer lines... today I went in and I was I was standing in the business line 5 minutes go by and I was finally informed there was no business line today I went to the front desk and ask why they shut down the business line and I was informed that it was due to short staffing The gentleman went to the back and Gatlin and she came back and reiterated it and said what my was my problem I told her I did not have a problem. I was just wanting to know why there was no merchant line and that's when she began to snap on me in front of the mini guess they were sitting in Bank of America. I told her that it was very unprofessional and now they were six people in front of me due to the time that I waited for her to come out the back and explain yourself that's when I was told, I could come back at a different time. Lynn will be the reason why Bank of America loses three business accounts, and I will be filing a report with Bank of America's corporate office.

Bank of America is NO!!! good the people who help you open an account,are so nice they'll do anything for you to open an account. Then when you run into a issue with your account there's no one to help you they give you the runaround and I'll just close your account. NOT GOOD!!!

There is no one in line and there are 4 tellers but I e been waiting for 20 minutes without even a sorry or a we will be right with you. All atms not working so I just came in to pull out some cash. Didn't think it would take 30 minutes just to pull out some cash for my debit card. B of a absolutely sucks

Long lines here and they don't have a business lane for their clients. Skip this place if you're in a hurry. Be careful when crossing from parking it's a busy shopping center and their atms drive thru is dangerous, they have the stop sign after the crosswalk so people go over it to get. Good luck
