I purchased choice grade Ribeye steaks. Had them cut as requested for Bar-B-Q. The steaks were so tender there wasn't need of knives. Steaks were so good everyone raved about them.”
“The Stater Brothers has been with my family for years. I've been going to the same Stater Brothers since my daughter was little and now she's 12 and now I have my one year-old. We first met Richard and his awesome ties and once I got pregnant all the wonderful ladies always asked about me, even if I didn't go with my ex. I am now living life, single, and sometimes trips to the store are hard. Juanita was incredible the other day as she helped me navigate through the store with my WIC card. She was incredible patient and kind. There was another wonderful staff member who helped her beside her. I unfortunately can't remember her name.The next day, Claudia helped me as well. Everybody that works here always makes me feel so important. What a great staff. Even when people are busy, they smile and help. Couldn't ask for a better Stater brothers than the one I have by my house.”
“I had a great experience at this location with Daniel in the Deli Section. I asked where a particular product was and he actually walked me directly to the item on the shelf. Daniel has a great customer service attitude, is energetic, friendly, and pleasant. It's refreshing to encounter true professional customer service. Also, the store manager, Andrew Lopez, is professional and personable. I love this store!”

“I want to shot out the bakery/deli section ofbthe store. I ordered a cake from Albertson on Van Buren and they messed my cake up and gave me the worst service ever. “Today is July 17th 2026 and we went to stater brothers and bought our normal groceries. The lady that I remember most. I think her name was Ellie or Elsa. She's short well, she's short compared to me. I'm like 511, so everybody's short to me. But I would say she's like 5 foot 25 foot 4 and I don't mean that in a bad way. But just to distinguish who she is and she had long brown hair and glasses, and she was very nice... and she was actually walking around the store. Asking people directly, hi, how are you? Do you need help finding anything? And I was so taken aback by that I've been going to that state or brothers for about 10 years now. And everyone is really nice there. But nobody has ever like gone out of their way to ask me, can I help you find something? And I know the store really well. Because I've been going there for forever. But I was like, wow, and then she rang me out, and she was just as nice and polite. It was just it was like a breath of fresh air. It's been a long time since we've gotten like customer service. Where we're like, oh okay? That's noticeable the last person who really stood out to me was another lady. I think her name was Reneta, or Rishana... i don't know I can't remember her name but she was so good.She always made me smile when I went in there.And this lady is doing the same thing.It was just really refreshing...”

“While produce quality isn't the same as it used to be, it HAS improved in recent weeks, although you DO have to search, you can find some good items. Their prices, tho high, are holding, and that's a good thing.
Both my local stores are suffering from chronic staffing shortages it seems- but the checkers pressed into bagging do GREAT at properly placing items !

“Have been looking for a good meat market, driving over half an hour. Finally tried this place here in the town I live in, Fontana. The service was very good, everyone was kind and helpful. The place is very very clean. I got carne asada which they marinade on the spot and seal up for you. This was by far, the best asada I’ve ever had. They use USDA prime, and for prime it’s actually a great price (I paid $16.99lb). They also had a great deal on chicken adobado so I got that too. The meat was so tender and juicy. My new go-to!!”
