I had a fantastic experience at CPR Cell Phone Repair today! I had a small wood chip stuck in my iPhone 13 charging port that I’d been trying to get out myself for days. I honestly thought I was going to be stuck using wireless charging forever.
I went in to see if they could help, and the gentleman working was incredibly kind. He took the phone to the back and returned literally 30 seconds later with the wood chip removed! When I asked what I owed him, he told me it was a courtesy. I can’t believe such amazing, honest service still exists nowadays. They solved a huge inconvenience for me in seconds. Highly recommend CPR for their integrity and speed!”

“Dryer fix. When I say they came quick, they came quick. The tech found a runaway sock fast. He did notice the inner bottom workings needed a cleaning but said it would be an additional $50. We opted to clean ourselves. Past techs a long time ago have offered to give it a cleaning for free so that was surprise. Thanks for coming out so fast. Appreciate it.”
