“Never been to GMI in person as I live in another state, but I placed an order online for a map-tile expansion pack for a TTRPG. I had been looking for this specific pack for sometime, as it was discontinued by the manufacturer. Unfortunately I was shipped the incorrect item, and so emailed them right away asking for a return label.Less than 24 hours later I received an email from customer service apologizing for the issue, as well as an email with a new tracking number for the correct product which they shipped out immediately.Would buy from GMI again.”

“I’ve been to a lot of different Hobbytown locations over the years and they’re usually whatever.. this location is really good compared to the others. Everyone here is really knowledgeable, patient and willing to help, Specifically Liam! I’ve been into RC for 20+ years but that doesn’t mean I know everything. This is the spot I go to if I need some legitimate guidance, I really hope they value the employees at this location because that’s what really separates it.”

“Bob, at Fontana Coin Shop is a great dealer. He buys, gold and silver at a fair price. Bob, also gives you a better and more honest price than any pawn shop, or those con We Buy Gold places. Beware of any pawn shop, or We Buy Gold aces dealing in pennyweights (a harder more obscure way of measuring precious metals that's confusing). Only deal with shops weighing everything out it Troy Ounces (12 Ounces = Troy Pound). Avoirdupois Pound is used to measure meat and livestock (16 Ounces = Pound). Bob, deals straight up, and uses Troy Ounces, and gives the best prices in the area. He also has a good selection of rare coins, and paper currency.”
“I absolutely enjoy my visits to this location. I pretty much always find what I'm looking for. It's a safe environment to shop in as the staff provide a well managed customer service and stay on top of security during high stress shopping times such as black friday and other such shopping sales. I had a rather shocking experience I won't go into too much detail about. I'll just say that thanks to Michael's being so tight on security on this particular day, I was saved from a truly harrowing nightmare. I never got to thank the associate for her rescue. But she came upon the situation just in the nick of time. In any case, since this situation I have gone back to this Michael's location and have felt safe and secure. I have absolute faith in their management's ability to handle any situation that should arise. Aside from that, they are well stocked and will do their best to get you what you need when you need it. They are definitely worth a visit. ?”
“If you're a Christmas person and need your fix in July, this is the place for you. There are at least three to four aisles of Christmas cheer here year round. There are so many other cool things to check out as well, from crafts (jewlery making to sewing and then some), home decor, and party supplies (including baking goodies). So, unless you have time to kill, watch out because you can lose track of time in there for HOURS.”

“we came in search of some holiday decorations and they had them out early which was great to see. we did find a few items to purchase and they were at a good price. the store was generally organized from the books, strings and other bigger items in the different sections. although i will take 1 star away because i really only saw 1 person working and stocking items but on the plus side we were left to check ourselves out and pay the machine for a quick exit.”
