“The bakery ladies, Vivian and Debbie, were such a BIG help ! I had ordered with a different lady in bakery and she had no personality whatsoever.. especially when we were trying to explain what we were going for and she basically dismissed what we were trying to show her. We go to pick up our cupcakes and they are the wrong color.. we were then taken care of by Vivian and she has customer service and did her best at explaining on paper what color we needed.. we go the next day to pick up our cupcakes and they are the perfect shade of toy story alien green ! A HUGE thanks to Debbie for preparing them beautifully and to Vivian for describing the cupcakes perfectly.”

“Went to Winco for stuff to make a pizzas. They had no raw dough. I went and asked a staff member near by they said ask deli. I went to the deli counter and waited ask and the lady response was, " I can't look, I'm the only working right now ho as the customer service!" So I walked from the back of the store to the store. Lucky 2 ladies were working a Miss. Bethany went ahead and checked for me in the back and looked for me in the store while I keeper shopping to hand me that raw dough that I needed. To see someone else from a different department go find me an item is beyond great customer service. At first I was upset how the deli counter lady dismissed me. I will continue shopping here. Thank you Miss. Bethany for going out your way to get me my pizza dough!”

“I moved to Fontana 5 years ago and a family member let me know about this spot and this is where we come for all of our family parties. Carnes asada, chicken, salsa, rice and beans and last minute produce. They also have a good selection of beer. I don't speak Spanish very well but the staff is still always helpful and friendly. “This location has been my go to for over 20 years but to be honest I never even thought about giving it a yelp review until today. Luke thank you for being so kind when I made a mess in your isle. Helping me with the water I busted open. Running up and helping me was amazing. Omar, thank you for always being so awesome when it comes to helping me out with any weird or needy requests I have of you. Sean, thank you for always making me laugh, you are awesome brother. And Evan, thank you for being so helpful bagging up my groceries. Today was an awesome experience. There have been many awesome people that have worked here through the years and there are many other people that are awesome that still work there to this day. But if you are in the area and need a grocery store this is the place to be.”
“The items in some of the aisles are confusing. For example, some of the paper products are with food items and there's other paper items in a different aisle. There are couple other aisles like that which makes takes longer to find things. But my main thing coming here is the meat department. They have great meats.”

“The girls on the phone are always so nice. Plus they start taking calls early in the morning as I'm on my way to work so I don't have to rush into their store before or after work. The application process was a little confusing to do on my own but the representatives were kind enough to walk me through the whole process until I had the emergency money I needed in my bank account. The only thing I would say is that I wish they would open the Rialto location I used to go back up.”

“I go to this store regularly for great customer service provided by the nice store manager, and happened to need items on the 4th of July. I grabbed my flap meat, then as I was shopping, the intercom began playing the national anthem sung by a talented lady and it was very moving and created a great atmosphere, other customers began clapping and cheering which I can say made us enjoy our patriotic holiday that much more! It was a nice touch to the shopping experience. Would definitely return for another great performance”

“This is for the SB's in Fontana, Rialto and Bloomington. I have to give KUDOS to all the stores who not only have a sushi maker, but who have a NICE sushi maker. I have been to several stores looking for a simple California Roll and if none are present, they will make one upon request. HOWEVER, the gal at the SB's in Loma Linda is a complete opposite. She has no smiles or manners and if asked to make a California Roll she refuses. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. She makes a boatload of tempura rolls, dragon rolls and veggie rolls and then it's all coated in sweet chili sauce. Not everyone likes sweet chili sauce. I have made a habit to not bother asking her for anything because even when I phoned ahead as she requested, and asked how long it would take, I was there and she still made me wait. I'm going to stay close to home for my sushi. I'd rather give my business to a place where it's appreciated.”
