The fit and finish is the worst! I have drawer that rub cabinet doors that can't be adjusted any farther. I also have a warped door and can't get ahold of anybody to get it replaced. For those of you that live in the Phoenix area stay away from Six Points cabinetry. They ordered a wrong cabinet that delayed the completion of my kitchen for five weeks. We had to use the bathroom as a kitchen until the correct one was delivered. Order four refrigerated side panels when I only needed one. Said I didn't pay for them but refuses to give me a invoice. Plus much, much more!

Cabinets from IKEA are better than PCS cabinets. Yes seriously.

If I could give negative 10 stars, I would. Cabinets were delivered 3 weeks late, and in the original shipment, multiple drawers had broken faces, kick plates were not included at all, colors of cabinets vs. fillers were mismatched, etc. The most sloppy work and delivery I have ever seen.PCS "Professional" Cabinets has absolutely no care in the world to deliver their product in a timely (or correct) fashion. They were supposed to release our cabinets for delivery on June 20, but instead they puttered around for 3 weeks until finally, they decided it was OK to release our cabinets on July 12 for delivery. It took them 21 days to find a driver (???) to drive our cabinets half a day's drive to us in Phoenix. What a joke. The quality of the cabinets is shoddy, our installer was shocked at how many misalignment issues there were on BRAND NEW cabinets.... I could go on and on. They should not be in business. We spent more than $8k on these cabinets and for all our troubles they passed on a paltry $300 discount onto our wholesaler in Phoenix.

The communication is lacking between client and representative. The approved design for the project was not what was shipped out. Being behind schedule makes this a very frustrating experience.

Our cabinet was made by PCS and it looks like Ikea had a better choices. And my cabinet package is even an upgrade. A Shaker in a particle board. What scam!

Cabinets came with our new home. Drawers are not full drawers things fall out the back unless they are all in containers. Drawer faces come off easily even after the builder came and tightened. You cannot order replacement or additional shelves from PCS and they do not list any of their partners where you can order. Quality is terrible!!!

Worst service, do not waste your money and Time. Shop somewhere else. It take (3) months to perform warranty exchange.... bad bad service ...

I'd like to contradict the reviewer who claims that the one cannot buy these products through Home Depot. I've been in contact with the warranty department at PCS (formerly RSI) about replacing a single defective door for a cabinet and it's taken MONTHS of back and forth emails (three or four from me for every reply from them), including a warranty repair person coming to my home to inspect the cabinet. It would have been cheaper for them to just replace it at this point. But I digress. The fact is that while they sell through kitchen and bath showrooms, and directly to builders like KB, they also sell the exact same products in Home Depot directly to consumers (with a longer warranty than the ones sold through builders, who offer their own warranty, I've learned). My issue involves delamination along the side of one cabinet door - in an area that even the warranty tech admitted was very odd. Now I'm trying to get a third party dealer to acquire the door for me, which I'm going to have to pay for because of the stonewalling from this company. If you're considering buying cabinets - I would absolutely recommend using ANYONE else. Their quality speaks for itself, and their customer service speaks not at all.

I bought a brand new home and the cabinet doors are falling off and there is a crack in another. I had an appointment for them to come fix it and no one showed up. Had another appointment the following week and the day before the appointment I received a call stating they wanted to schedule me an appointment. I advised them I already had an appointment the following day. They claimed they did not show an appointment for me but could schedule me for the next week. That's two days I have taken off work for this issue and it is still not resolved. This company has no accountability and poor customer service. I would not recommend them as I am not a happy customer.

All Danny is doing in bay 3 is projecting because he could not be flawless at his drawer building.
