I had such a great experience! Needed help finding the right racking for my warehouse and Christina and Marc were friendly and very knowledgeable. They made the whole process easy and Christina took the time to make sure I got everything I needed. Definitely recommend on that type of service alone!

We had a customer from Toyota arena walk in and Krista Ridgeway was there and was able to speak to the customer.Krista was able to get all the information needed for me to contact the customer. 2 weeks went by and the customer wasn't returning my calls or emails . On Krista's personal time she was going to a hockey game at the Toyota arena. Before the game started she arrived early and spend a lot of time finding our contact asking everyone she can . She finally got someone to finding him and she was able to set up a meeting with his team for us. Krista didn't have to go out of her way on her own time , but she went above and beyond for us . I appreciate her hard work and dedication

Absolute joke of a company. Represented USED product as "new" and "custom". Was told "custom" pieces were powdercoated after manufacture when in fact they were POORLY spray painted. Received uprights that were different shades of blue, clearly USED and previously mounted. After negotiating a discount due to need of product, and after final installation, sales person "forgot" to include wire cross racks, so we were forced to buy that after the fact as well. Could not recommend these guys less.
