Very disappointed. Some machines were obviously not well maintained. You don’t get what you pay for. When comparing competing gyms, the quality is sub par, the atmosphere is honestly depressing, and you can get more for a lower price.

1. I have been a loyal 24 Hour Fitness Member for a considerable period of time.
I WORKOUT 5-7 times a week. Depending on my time invest in other necessary dealings.
I am taking the time to help you out by reminding you about the female named Stephenie who is **continuously interfering with gym use at 24 hour fitness locations
Primarily ***Mission Hills. This is a serious life threading matter that needs to be addressed asap.
85% of the equipment is being used by Stephanie during times of crowding.
2. 80 wrongs don’t make 1 right.
Stephanie is a part of a pandemic issue harming Los Angeles.
3. Stephanie posses as a specialist who uses TRICKERY on gym associations.
4. Stephanie uses Money stolen from insurances to front load large amounts of money laundering for account stalking.
5. Stephanie is giving 24 fitness a bad name. The reputation of 24 hour fitness shouldn’t be compromised. There is a female by the name Stephanie who is interfering with gym use at 24 hour fitness locations

1. 80 wrongs don’t calculate 1 right.
2. Stephanie is using 70% of the pool equipment as way of crowding.
3. Stephanie inappropriate actions is know as account stalking. This is know as a pandemic issue unaddressed.

Update:
I did have my choice of swim stroke.
I have been swimming over 20 years.
Necessary information:
A female that goes by Pam is interfering with gym use.
Pam is gathering others as an account stalking person.
I seen and heard Pam acting inappropriately and stalking me at the 24 Hour Fitness in Mission Hills.
I do NOT have a relationship with Pam prior to her contact and side conversation while stalking.
Pam has set out to stalk daily for over 5 hrs.
I have come at different times not to be harassed by Pam. Pam is
Involved with crowding and harassing me.
Pam has not authority over my life and health decisions.
I practice social distancing.
Those that have relations with Pam should not crowd my saftey space.

24 hr fitness has been my go to gym for some time now. I respect a work out. Recently some have been coming and doing unnecessary things.
I am a person who pays for a good gym.
1. Inappropriate electronic Chair was blocking areas in the gym.
2. The handicapped person was carried in the pool against his will.
3. The handicapped person said No I don’t want to.
4. The man who was carrying the handicapped person used the handicapped person to follow experienced swimmers from the pool to the jacuzzi as an obvious form of harassment.
5. Please help this matter to be corrected.
Attractive Gym member motivates men and others with the best package.

Base on service very welcoming .
They sell gym needs like pre workout ,snacks ,bottled drinks other gym supply like locks, shakers ,scale etc .The gym is great so far maybe like 2 or stair-masters could be broken depending on the week . most definitely if you love to go to the pool the dryer has been broken for a few months now so bring a bag for you’re wet clothing .lastly the water fountain they do get gross ? so watch out bring you’re own water because chances are the filter water is off or broken

If you're ready to get your things stolen, go to this gym. So I went here for exactly 1 hour, and someone managed to break into multiple lockers and steal people's wallets$$ and personal items including mine. I reported it to staff and they told me that unfortunately, they can not do anything about it. They said it happens periodically and some times repetitively, They told me I have to go to the police station and make a report. I asked if they had cameras recording the entrances of the locker rooms, and they told me no. I understand not having them inside the locker room for privacy, but they need to get some for the entrances of the locker rooms as well for the swimming pool area. They basically didn't care to help me out in any way. They were not sympathetic at all & more robotic towards this stressful situation. When I went to file a report to the police they were just as robotic and told me to make a report online ? ?. Telling me that you shouldn't bring your personal belongings to the gym. It's so sad to hear that basically nothing will be done with the whole situation.
After everything I was told that people request 3 day passes and go in to the gym either hiding Bolt cutters in their gym bags or jacket and pretending to change clothes till they see that Noone is in the room & they start to break open locks that can easily be broken into. The fact that they know this and allow it to continue shows that they don't care about the people who pay to go here. They need to create better security for people's belongings. This gym used to be nice now it looks like it's taken a dive for the slumbs of the streets. Making it an easy target to steal from the hard working, paying, & loyal customers. The gym does not care about their members at all & only wants your money. They are full of ish just like their showers ? & the Mission Hills Police Division are a Big let down as well.

I've been a member since they opened the super gym.
I've seen it at its best when it first open, gradually getting sloppy and neglected,
After they opened back from the pandemic, I've seen fair amount of their machines broken down, free weights missing and or left abandoned by a discourteous user. Honestly poor gym bros not respecting the house...
Took a year off from this super gym, wow was I surprised how put together the super gym is, I say 80% back to gold standard since being back for a month....
They really started to clean and sanitize the whole building.
Machines were all operating properly.
Keep up the good work....
