One star. I’ve been to this 7-Eleven while staying at a nearby hotel, and the experience was just awful. The staff are unbelievably unfriendly — no greeting, no eye contact, no response even when you say “thank you.” They take your money without a word and make it clear they don’t want to be there or deal with customers. Easily one of the rudest service experiences I’ve had. I will never return and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Go literally anywhere

I stopped by this 7 Eleven on my way back home from picking up food for my wife nearby. I had a T-Mobile Tuesday code on the slurpee so I decided to take advantage of that. I came at the evening time and I found parking easily. There was also no homeless people in the front so it was the ideal situation.
When I walked inside, I walked around the store to see what they had here but nothing stood out so I just went to get my slurpee. I went with the cherry flavor since nothing else seem good. I was going to do the Mountain Dew new flavor but I didn't want to risk it. So I got the large slurpee cup and got the cherry slurpee. I went to the cashier for the worker to scan the barcode from my phone and left.

Went here at 2am the worker had the doors locked and wouldn't even tell me they r closed he just acted like I wasn't there even though he looked directly at me outside multiple times. Even though the store is 24hours, whatever they wanna close it to clean but they should at least look at you and say we are closed he just wouldn't even acknowledge me.....
This was at 2:55am on 2/21/25. Please discipline and train this employee accordingly obviously he doesn't understand common courtesy and service.
I will be making a complaint with corporate.

This store is not 24/7 so it’s 0 stars for false advertisement. They lie, on purpose to lose money cus they are lazy workers.

Employees at this location block female customers in at their parking lot and like to cuss at them as well. Check on your Wife, Sisters, Children and family when they shop here. They just had a police report filed due to their employee being aggressive with women and trying to tow their car. They blocked my wife and were cussing at her. im going to personally go talk to them and see why they were yelling at her and I would like a manager is present

If I could give this place a half a star I would. They hardly ever have any tacos, taquitos, or hot dogs in stock. To top it off I had a horrible experience and I won't be going in there as often. I was using both my debit and EBT card for a transaction when they had the $5 pizza deal. The first time I attempted the transaction the cashier declined it. Due to his heavy thick accent I couldn't understand him. Anyways, I moved on and tried it again. I swiped my EBT and debit card. It went through and I left the store. I checked my receipt and it charged my debit card for the whole thing. Not the EBT for EBT eligible items and the debit card for the pizza (which is not covered.) I walked back to the store with my receipt and waited in line again to talk with the cashier. When I was finally able to talk with him I told him the situation. He refused to do anything and fix the problem. I requested that the amount be refunded and that the EBT eligible items be charged accordingly along with the pizza to my debit. He said it's not his fault. He wasn't the one who swiped the cards. I said I know but I thought I made it clear what I wanted and I wanted to used BOTH my EBT and debit. We both got into an argument and a long line was forming behind me. Rather than keep arguing I left feeling pretty angry about the situation. I've frequented this store many times. I've used both my EBT and debit card many times without an issue. Yet this time for some reason this happened and it has completely soured my relationship with this particular 7/11. I am not sure if I even want to go into this specific location again because it will just feel awkward.Note: 7/11 don't just respond with your automated "oh we're sorry please fill out this survey." Actually do something and take action. Like I don't know take disciplinary action or something to correct this. I don't think I am the first and only person to have issues. Thanks!

These guys were solid man, I was in from out of town and frequented this location a few times. The guy behind the counter helped me out immensely, I was trying to balance way too many things on my plate and he came over to assist me. Just wanted to give them a shout out as I am not sure when I'll find my way back to this side of the world.
