CVS provides friendly and helpful service at the register and from knowledgeable staff. Customers find shopping easy and appreciate that medications are always handled correctly. While some note it can be understaffed on slow days, the service remains reliable. However, there are frustrations with checkout, as charges are not visible until the sale is complete and coupons or sale rates are sometimes not applied, leading to returns.
CVS is my number one option store to shop and also get my prescription medicine, Ms Kelly is an excellent store manager administration I give her 11 out of 10 scores rate, thank you Kelly
