I spoke with Bob, and he knew exactly what I needed and did not disappoint. Bob was articulate, professional, and delivered excellent customer service. On top of delivering a beautiful arrangement, the cost was reasonable compared to what the other florists were going to charge me!!!”
“I recently ordered flowers online for my mom’s birthday and the whole process was refreshingly easy. The website was straightforward, the pricing was reasonable, and placing the order was a breeze.
I did need to call the office twice to adjust the delivery time, and Christina was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating, the kind of person who genuinely seems happy to help. Her positive attitude made the experience even better.
I requested a delivery window between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, and the flowers arrived right on time at 10:03 am, which I really appreciated. Prompt delivery always earns bonus points in my book!
The only small hiccup was that I didn’t receive the promised delivery confirmation text or photo. I ended up finding out the flowers had arrived when my mom called me. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but worth mentioning.
Overall, this was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend this florist. I’ll definitely be using them again the next time I need flower delivery!”
