Friendly staff (some of them). Was told the car was going to be held for me yesterday. Got to the dealer and was told the car was held specifically for me. Just for me to sit for five hours in the chair getting ready to purchase the car, and the manager tells me it was sold online. Then, he doesn’t even offer me any other car or any other deal. Josh and both hectors were great to work with, but that one manager cost them business. Also, they lie and are very racist at least that one manager.

Worst place, not helpful at all Chevrolet is better. They are racist here, called roadside never came, asked for help they ignored and went to a different customer, felt ignored. If you like toyota just get it from a different location not mission hills

This review is for the service department. I set a service appointment to remedy a recall. They took my truck for 2 hours to then notify me they needed to order the parts ( wrote on my paper work that I did not have an appointment). Picked up my truck , but it took them 40 minutes to bring it out. My service rep Carlos called and left a vm letting me know parts needed to be ordered and I needed to pick up my truck . He did not advise if they would be contacting me or what the next steps were. I had to call several times to figure it out . He finally called me to tell me not all parts were in after a week of me calling , when I asked if I would be notified when they came in he stated I would get a call or text . It's been over 2 weeks now and I've heard nothing. Worst customer service .

I wish I would of read the reviews on the Service Department. I brought my truck with the TPMS sensor light on and they said it was the sensors. I pushed back on the 3 hours of labor the rep wouldn't budge. I picked up the truck a day later and the light is till on with the excuse that I need to drive it for two miles. Light is still on and now I'm out $1300.00 and my truck which I was charged 3 hours of labor still has the same issue that I came to fix and now they want me to buy some additional parts $75.00 ($15 X 5).

Appointments made have been worthless, you still have to wait to be seen… my appointment is at 3:00 I shouldn’t have to wait with walk ins

really taken to the cleaners, was quoted verbally 1006 dollars, actual charges to my account 2064. Be really careful to check the worksheet, not just ask what the costs were, My labor costs came to 1511 dollars. I left my car at 8am, it was finished by 130pm

I submitted a deal online here. Sales rep called me and we talked. I explained I lived 45 minutes away and would come down if we had something solid to go off of. I sent in my documents, identified the vehicle I wanted. I get to the dealership. The vehicle is in front of the showroom. We test drove it and do the paperwork. All in under 2 hours. The staff was friendly and professional. Thanks for the great experience and great deal.

Came into Hamer Toyota on an off day, been in the market for a new vehicle for a couple weeks and thought I would check it out while my current car is getting an oil change so I’m wearing shorts and flip flops, I walk in Hamer Toyota and I’m greeted with a strange look, no one greets me, no one asks me if I need help if I’m interested in buying a vehicle or anything. I walk up to the nearest employee and tell him I’m interested in a Corolla around the 20k range, he says No that’s not possible, I say 25k he says no, so I say “can I just see a Corolla?” He says sure we take an unenthusiastic walk across the street to the lot to look at the Corolla guy is pretty much silent, I’m starting to wonder if this guy is trying to sell me a car or trying to get me to leave? A final note the guy who showed me the car was wearing a blue collard shirt so maybe it was a manager or something who was mad he had to be a salesman. TLDR - salesperson was Judgmental, unenthused, and quite frankly rude, would not recommend, not worth your time at all.
Note - The Corolla he showed me was priced at 23k so definitely in the 20k range I’d say.
