All the reviews saying the customer service being horrible are true, I just left the office 6/19/2025 had the worse encounter with the front desk employee. She was rude and condescending, zero compassion and patience.

I came for a drug test for my job. I just walked in and signed in. The people were nice and very helpful. It was fast and I was out of there in under 20 minutes.

Walked in for a pre-employment drug test on a Monday morning. No appointment but didn’t wait for more than 30 min. Busy office but workers were efficient and kind.

Amazing experience. I got checked in and left the office in next 7-10mins. This is the location you need to be using. The only Labcorp location that actually works as organized as you expected. Great service and job.

This has been the best lab I've been to in years! They're quick and the techs are very friendly and professional. I see the bad reviews and I think they must have re-staffed because this is a great place. Very happy to find it, never going back to the labs in the Foothills again!

I really feel very disappointed about the customer service of this lab a woman assistent told me that the cover that my mom had was not accepted and was very rude with us. We lost the appointment for that reason. We had used that service before and there was no problem with that insurance. I called another Lab Corp location and if was accepted the insurance coverage of my mom.

It was fine. Employer drug testing check-in started right at 10:30am and it took a little over an hour of waiting before I was called for a quick urine test and promptly sent home.
They prioritize appointments, so the wait as a walk-in was not that long considering that the sitting area was full when I arrived.

First time patient- woman at the front desk was not helpful at all in fact she was rude. It would have been nicer if she offered any kind of greeting at all. Be prepared to check in at the kiosk with your ID and insurance card and if you need any kind of assistance, good luck.

I needed a urine test for the pain management doctor. I am 74 years old, severe arthritis that i use walker as a wheelchair because insurance doesn't pay. They wanted me to walk the hallway to the public restroom. Two gentleman showed compassion ( not the women) and let me use the restroom there. I was asked to pee almost half of the conteiner that i couldn't because i take incontinence
pills. All they needed was one of the nurse to watch me to be sure is my urine. Rules can have exemptions if employees have common sense and compassion.

I made an appointment online. The online check in system may not have been working the day I went so I checked in in person and felt the staff was very professional and courteous. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Lets start by saying this place sucks the receptionist on her cellphone at the same time im trying to ask her a question like come on the company i work for pays you alot money for a drug screen to be slacking off unprofessional

Front Desk Receptionists are the worst. They need Customer Service training. I would not go back to this location or recommend it.

Went in without an appointment on a Monday afternoon & the wait was not long at all. I was in and out in 30 min! The front desk was super nice along with the doctors & phlebotomist. Anthony helped make me feel comfortable and safe. I've had horrible experiences at other places where they've left me bruised & had to stick me multiple times. If you're worried about any of that, I definitely recommend coming here! 10/10 experience

After being told to come to this location to do lab work, after my appointment was in the Burbank location and was told they can't do it there. This location told me that I have to come back at 10:30 because that's when they do those tests. If only Burbank had told me that. I don't understand how companies like this stay in business after treating people so terribly.
