“The lady who helped me was both very professional and very polite, explaining everything she was going to do. I do not normally like giving blood samples, etc., but she was wonderful. My experience at the hospital left me with bruises that have not cleared away after a month. One nurse stabbed me multiple times – I looked like a mugging victim, and having been mugged, I know what that looks and feels like. Your nurse left no bruises, and it was virtually painless!!! Wonderful!!!”
